Every time I go to Meraki the staff is amazing! They are patient, kind and fun to interact with. They really make you feel comfortable there. You can see they all love what they do. The talent is incredible, from the junior stylists to the Artist Director. Jenn is awesome, always willing to give her honest and professional opinion on what will work with my hair and her suggestions have never failed.
The team runs like a well oiled machine! The BEST on Staten Island!!

Amazing Experience! From entrance to exit! Meraki's Team are very welcoming and professional. Hair professionals are highly experienced in color and style. Salon equipments and products are high quality and provide the finish look up to expectations Friendly environment! Unisex cuts! Love it all.

Brought my daughter here for her prom make over with hair do and make up.
Appointment on time.
When you arrive, you check -in with the text link it send you. Once inside was greet by a nice handsome polite man, he then bring us a plate of hot towel with beverages menus. So far great service.

Both professionals make sure what on you is comfortable on you. That an A+

The owner and his wife are crooks. They do awful jobs. I dont recommend any one to go there . They damaged my hair and my scalp when i did extensions. And would not refund me for the awful job they did.

Ok so I rarely post reviews but I was tempted to write a five star review from the very first phonecall and barely contained myself from doing it as I walked into the salon. From the super thoughtful reminders via text and email regarding my appointment to the easy check in process and the incredibly sweet front desk personnel- this place is PROFESSIONAL, with capital everything! Fallon was just so perfect and so patient ! I walked in with this damaged , over-fried mess of bleak orange hair that is probably easier to chop off than fix and Fallon took her time explaining the entire process and listening to all my wishes. The end result is just stunning , my hair is once again dark and with just enough highlights to give it a multidimensional look without overpowering the main color. It looks so healthy and soft , something I certainly did not anticipate considering what I walked in with . Amanda was also soooooo sweet and helpful , I woke up with such a horrible headache and with a little pressure during wash from Amanda my headache significantly subsided. I cannot be more thankful to all the girls in the salon!

Overall this salon is incredible and definitely my new go to for all my hair needs, the staff are sweet and courteous, the salon itself is gorgeous and clean and the vibe is just what you would expect from the lux, upscale salon ..without all the Hamptons snooty drama .

Franscesca did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for a wedding. Highly recommend! The business was also very responsive and helpful when I was messaging about booking the service. Clean, nice atmosphere, complementary beverages, etc.

My experience with Meraki Salon was great!
All of the staff was very friendly & the atmosphere was beautiful, all decorated for Christmas.
My check-in experience was pleasant, I received a warm hand towel, a drink menu with a wide array of selections and a hot neck towel which was heaven on earth (especially on cold days).
This was my first time at the salon so I met my hairstylist and had a consultation with her on what I was looking to get done. I purchased the cut,blowout & style from Groupon and the deal was well worth it. The stylist washed my hair, cut it to my desired length and needs and blew it out for me, even offering to run the straightening over it because she knew I liked it pin straight.
Very friendly and approachable people working at this salon and the service was incredible. I plan to make this my regular go-to salon when I need something done.

I have not used Yelp to leave a review since maybe 2016? Just to put things in perspective. But I felt like I really had to for this hair salon.

I love everything about this place! I've been twice to have my hair bleached to a progressively platinum blonde and everything has been so smooth and professional from start to finish. Both Jenn and Jennie are extremely talented at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone looking to try a new hair color (no matter how complicated!) My hair is as healthy as it was when we started even after two rounds of 40 vol bleach and toner!

The salon staff, including Shane working up front, are accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. The salon is beautifully decorated, very clean, and they use all some of the latest/high end products such as Olaplex and Paul Mitchell shampoos and treatments.

Great place, and super effectively run. You guys have a new loyal customer :)

My visits to Meraki have always been so pleasurable. It's more than a hair appointment, it's an experience. They have a great system where you stay in your car and they correspond through text from check in, to when you can enter.
I'm always greeted as soon as I step foot inside. Love the warm cloth for your hands while you wait! They always offer complimentary beverages which I think is really convenient and thoughtful. The entire staff is very attentive and super friendly. Always great conversations had and tons of laughs shared.
I go to Leslie. She takes her time and listens to you, and explains everything to you so everyone's on the same page. I can't honestly say that I have never been happier with a hair cut in my 37 years like I was when she first cut me.
I can tell you that your visit here will be worth every penny spent.
