Yes multiple facials can be provided at the same time! And there is not an age limit but there is a requirement for parental or guardian signature before service to guests under 18 years of age :)

Spa 810 in north Scottsdale is a cut above the rest of the spas in the area for more than one reason. Not only are their products and treatments effective and medically-based, but the customer service is outstanding. In a day and age when personalized customer service is an aberration rather than the norm, Kristy, Ellen and the entire team always make you feel welcome, greet you with a smile and address all your questions/comments about the products and treatments. You will leave feeling better physically and emotionally then when you came. They even answer the phone rather than having an automated message. And there's always a smiling fact to greet you when you arrive. I also like the way they send reminders via text, email or whatever you preference so you don't forget your appointment.
The facials are medically based and the laser treatments are painless.

This place is great - I came in 2020 for a hydro facial and then came back in 2023 for another one and decided to join the membership. It's 79.00 - and it gives you greatly discount services.
Jenna did my hydrafacial and per my request she let me see all the gook that came out of the machine.

I have been wanting to get laser hair removal for a long time and I finally decided to bite the bullet at medspa810 after another friend recommended. Today was my first session and I saw Colin. She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Overall, the service was amazing there. The pricing at medspa is some of the best I've seen for the quality they provide. I look forward to seeing the results soon.

I LOVE Medspa810! Every time I walk in I am greeted by the welcoming faces of the front desk staff which makes me feel immediately relaxed. In addition, I enjoy browsing over the many products they sell before and after my appointment.
On this specific visit to Medspa810 I saw Jennifer for a facial and laser hair removal. I have had laser hair removal done before and I recommend it to everyone! The machines they use are close to painless and Jennifer made sure that part of my appointment was quick in the best way possible.
I also received a facial in which she helped me determine which products would be best to achieve my skin goals! I bought the Stone Crop Masque from Eminence and have been loving it ever since. In addition to all of this she gave me the best head and neck massage of my life. I have never felt more relaxed and refreshed! We scheduled two 1 hour massages for my husband and I. They got us in the very next day. The location is inside a strip mall between a grocery store and a breakfast place. The front staff was super nice. They knew who we were and were ready for us before we even said who we were . My husband said his masseuse did a great deep tissue massage. Mine it a great deep tissue massage focusing on my upper and lower back. Note. When I schedule I made sure to get pricing etc so I know what I'm paying.
When I went up there to pay the front desk said double the price than what we were quoted on the phone. I mentioned it was double what I was quoted and she quick fixed the cost and apologized.... Scary full refund ! Sold me a rather large package of fillers and Botox to the tune of over $2300 when all I wanted was $150 worth of Botox on my upper lip. Never worked horrible!

Wrong medspa—we have no record of treating you. Nor do we have a record of any patient requesting or receiving any refunds for injection services at any time in our history. Wow!! Wonderful spa experience. Front office was friendly and calming. Went for a massage and was extremely pleased with the therapist Dan. Perfect pressure and great attention to the signals of stress in my body. Will definitely return and try other services .

My first time visiting here at medspa810!
I am absolutely impressed, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. So, I have been having horrible break outs on my face and it's been so irritated I was not sure what to do at this point, so I wanted to try and get a facial done and see what they suggest and see if they can help me before going to a dermatologist!
Well, I am so glad I did, I came in and saw Collyn Who is so sweet and very knowledgeable! She absolutely understood my struggles of having a sensitive face .
I will absolutely be returning and becoming a regular client of hers.

Customer service ruined an otherwise perfect experience. I bought a package of 6 laser hair removal sessions for a full brazilian. I was always on time, always tipped, tipped extra for Christmas, always pleasant, and had wonderful experiences all five times. They were all professional, Jenna was phenomenal, but that does not excuse the terrible customer service I experienced on my 6th session.
My cycle started unexpectedly early right before the appointment. I called about 15 minutes before open hoping to get someone as soon as possible since my appointment was at 9am.
As soon as I shared that my cycle started and I would like to reschedule, the lady seemed taken aback. She said that, just so I know, most people do come in on their periods. I informed her that I was getting a full brazilian. Getting that while on my cycle is not in my comfort level.
It was always communicated to me that you should not get lasered while on an antibiotic and that lasering close to or on your cycle is more painful. It happened to me each time I was close to my cycle. I thought it was reasonable to not want a full brazilian laser down there right as my cycle started.
I was treated as an inconvenience to Jenna and the staff for something I thought was reasonable to want to reschedule for and offered new dates for. I have never been late and the other time I had to reschedule for a funeral was promptly and professionally handled with no hassle.
I was then told that there would be a $30 late cancellation fee. Did I mention a brazilian, on my period???
She said the fee is automatically put in by the system. That's fine, I've used systems like that in retail before. You can then remove the fee or refund the fee. Some systems have numerous ways to fix this. I asked if I was being charged a fee for a natural, biological process that I cannot control. She did not give a straight answer.
Then after some silence, she suddenly said "Skylar I'm going to have to call you back it's the top of the hour and I have customers to check in" then hung up on me! She did not reschedule me, she did not give me information on the fee, and she quickly rushed me off the phone. She already was talking to a customer. But as soon as she knew I wanted to reschedule I was not treated as a normal customer. I was dismissed, disregarded, and disrespected.
I was treated as if I was arbitrarily cancelling an appointment right before with no reason or respect towards the laser technician. For a biological process. For my period starting before a BRAZILIAN LASER SESSION.
If the customer service cannot understand, accommodate, and RESPECTFULLY TREAT their customer for not wanting to get a brazilian laser treatment on the first day of her period who called ahead of hours as soon as she could to inform them and reschedule, then why would I expect them to be understanding and professional if anything else came up in the future?
There are so many med spas and laser hair removal places in Scottsdale alone. I will not go somewhere that punishes me and disrespects me for a legitimate and reasonable need to reschedule.
I hope they take this as a lesson and opportunity to teach their staff better ways to communicate with and treat customers so they do not continue to lose customers. The other wonderful people, like Jenna, are reliable, accomodating, and professional. I, however, only recommend this place if you go in rain or shine, healthy or sick, pain free or in pain. That is how their expectations of their customers were just communicated to me.
