McDonald's

This is the worse Mc Donalds I have ever been too! I live in Southern Md too! Many times I find myself in Prince Frederick. Many times I find myself hungry wanting Mc. Donalds. EVERY time I forget about this one and end up angry. I have waited for over half an hour before for breakfast here. While there were at least 7 employees that I could see working! Or should I say standing around doing nothing supposed to be working. I have on several occasions left there with things missing from my order. Most often my food is cold. Many times I have had to throw it away because it is not edible. This last time I payed for a Steak egg and cheese meal and a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal. I got home to find 2 sausage egg and cheese bagel meals. Come on people! Good luck with that wanting $15/hour thing! Stay away from this one!

A decent McDonald's with a huge Playland. I liked the large glassed in area with so many windows on the side. Rather than eating my Egg McMuffin in a dingy area, I sat over here and listened to the morning regulars have their senior coffee and chatter away. Service was fast and the restaurant was clean.

Wifi worked well.

I've been sitting in their drive thru 15 minutes and there are still two cars ahead of me. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed in service. Treated rudely by manager. Our order was short 4 McDoubles. Fries hard. Went back to get 4 MCDoubles and was again treated rudely by manager. He also was whispering to help in back and snickering. I can see why there are only negative reviews about this MCDonalds. Will be sure never to come here again.

My Grandchildren are visiting so I was forced to make 2 trips there for breakfast. Both visits I did not get what I asked for. I do not understand how they can look at an order and get it wrong. The first time they left out a hash brown. The second visit they left out 3 hash browns and gave me a reg drink when I ordered a large.Both times the food was lukewarm not hot. My daughter in law visited there while she was here. They totally left out a whole steak egg and cheese bagel meal! I wish i understood how a place can get things so wrong so many times. It is not rocket science. Im beginning to think they just want to rip people off.

Not a fan of this one.Ordered a Big Mac and when I opened the box it was all sliding to one side and more of the sandwich was in the box than actually on the bun.I complained about it and got mega attitude and a replacement sandwich which was not much better.My second experience was ordering a chocolate shake which was not thoroughly mixed, I will not be going back.

Absolutely terrible service! The drive through is a mess, i placed a mobile order and the worker at the window quickly got flustered and it was apparent he had no idea what to do when a mobile order comes through the drive through. They were very stressed and when I finally got my food (after being questioned about what my order was multiple times even after i gave them the order code), it appeared everything was thrown in the bag, I didn't receive the correct drink, my fries were unsalted, and there wasn't the correct amount of sauce in the bag. I suggest this mcdonald's work on what to do when presented with a mobile order. I've always known this mcdonald's was an unorganized mess but now this just confirms it!
