If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Nice new renovation, same abysmal service. 30 minutes in the drive through. 20 minutes if you order inside. Your order will never be correct either. Feel sorry for this place. Don't know how they stay open.

A worker yelled im going to bomb this place he def has rizz and is a top tier skibbidy toilet sigma

I drove through this. and and received very poor service. So I was told to go to drive around to the front window and pay, and the lady at the front window was on her phone and not taking my money for my order. I even waved in front of her closed window and still she didn't notice me, so I drove forward to the next window and told the lady there what happened at the previous window, because she was just going to give me my food and drink and let me leave without paying, and she just nodded and then brought me my change. What a weird experience.

Slowest service! Waited 20minutes for 3 iced lattes. We picked McDonald's as we thought it would be quicker than the local coffee shops... definitely wrong.

Food was great but I witnessed the manager mistreating his employees He yelled at them the entire time I was in there and it made all of the customers very uncomfortable while we waited. Absolutely unacceptable.

Breakfast is ok the burgers are very salty and most likely loaded with MSG. Also the kiosk stations are a PITA!

Foods always pretty good, I go here quite frequently (2-3 times a week.) Every now aNd then my order gets messed up but they are always respectful and either correct the order or give me something for free to compensate so overall 5 stars.

My husband was in the drive through and there were 2 cars in one lane and he was behind a car in the other lane. They took all 3 of those cars orders but refused to serve him because it was closing time. Even though he was in line before the other two cars in the other lane.

Messed up my order and was very rude about fixing it, when they fixed it they put pickles on it, when I said I only wanted ketchup and onion on the burgers

If you ever eat here verify your bags. I've got a chicken sandwich with no chicken. And countless single patty cheese burgers when I've ordered a double. Slow service. I've since decided we only have 1 burger joint nearby, culvers.
