McDonald's

Horrible. There was a piece of melted plastic in my under cooked fries. This was this particular McDonalds last chance for me. Long waits, incorrect orders, and unprofessional staff.

We have ordered at this McDonald's probably 10 times over the past 6 years and EVERY single time there is something wrong with the order.

This time was the icing on the cake. There were no customers in the drive through line (except me) and only 1-2 customers inside (so it wasn't busy). I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and a happy meal.

I can get over the cheeseburgers looking like they were thrown together way too fast... that's the industry- and they were prepared properly. But we were missing the chicken nuggets out of the happy meal, and the french fries were cold. I checked the fries in the parking lot, which should have triggered me to exchange them, and check the happy meal... so frustrating as we don't eat fast food often, simply trying to enjoy a cheat meal with my son and we get disappointed every damn time at this location.

In other words, please go somewhere else and save your money. If I could give a zero stars on this review, I would.

I've never reviewed a McDonalds before but this one deserves a good review. The lady taking the orders and team making the breakfasts (on 2/3/23) was great! The lady was super nice and polite, quick. And the breakfast was actually really good. We had a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle and a Sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin.

Terrible service. Website said it closed at 11:00 pm, I arrived at 10:10pm and all of the lights were out. The staff was outside participating in sketchy activities. Very disappointed.

I try to avoid this McDonald's honestly. It's the worst one in the area. Extra pickles to them is 3 pickles. And they weren't even put on my sandwhich. It was also the smaller crispy chicken sandwich I have even received from any McDonald's.

If you want hot fries at this McDonald's, you have to specify to them that you want fresh hot fries. Otherwise they'll just give you old fries that have been sitting out for however long it's been. I pretty much always ask every McDonald's for fresh fries for this reason. The staff is friendly though.

Overall I prefer going to the one in Dresher or Montgomeryville. I still have to ask them for fresh fries but everything else is much better than at this location.

Once again, I was sucked into trying Flourtown Mc"Ds. And it was a bad mistake.
This has to be the worst McDonalds on the east coast. Asked for 2 double cheeseburgers plain. That means a fresh couple of burgers, not some shit you had there and tried to scrape off the toppings.
Forget calling, they won't answer. And in the mood I am in, it would be a bad idea to go back for a refund.
Put it outside, and even the dogs wont eat it.
That place should be shut down!!

Slow!!!! One car in the drive through, expect a twenty minute wait. They will get something wrong in the order which is funny because McDonalds corporate should have systems in place by now (been in business almost 100 years) that prevent any human errors and speed things up. Parking lot looks trashy, weeds everywhere and overfilled trash cans. They should bulldoze it and put up a new store.

This was the worse mc Donald's I have ever been the fish was overcooked customer service was so so I was so dissatisfied with the level of service it was money wasted but it taught me a lesson you get what you pay for and not for all fast food but this one truly stands behind that

In October 2018 the woman at the drive through took my credit card, said it would be a few minutes while they make the food, then disappeared into the back... I wasn't really paying much attention, but she held onto my card the entire time, about 10 minutes. The people in my car were wondering what was taking so long since it was a small, straightforward order. When she came back, she returned the card and gave us our food. I rarely use this card for local purchases, it's mostly for streaming subscriptions. So when I saw a $60 charge at Starbucks in King of Prussia later that month (someplace I almost never go) I knew there was something weird going on. I flagged it and my card company investigated and refunded me. I was informed that the Dunkin across the street recently had employees arrested for skimming customer credit cards. I'm 100% sure this McDonalds had employees doing the same.

Recently I did a curb side pick up and waited 30 minutes before getting my food. I ended up having to go into the store and they had no idea there was a mobile order waiting for so long. One of the employees in the back said they yelled it out when it came in, but clearly nobody heard it.

It's an awful location, I highly recommend not going here.

There ice cream machine is always broken. I mean I get it but they're also just rude about it for no reason. every time they say their ice cream machine is broken I genuinely get upset.
