      Fast hot tasty!!! Drive thru works great.
      Hamburgers were hot moist not dry and fries always hot.
      This might be the wave of the future that no more dine in at McDonald's will come back.
      I prefer drive thru and maybe an outside area to eat at a safe distance will compensate for eating in. Less stress on workers and much safer in the end.
      Even two drive ways could work.
      This location has been always a plus cause of the University.

      So me and my friends walked in at 8:15pm on Monday night and asked for a drink, the small skinny girl with glasses looked at me and said they were only doing drive thru as the line was huge and the lobby was empty. She also took 5 minutes to come take my order, she walked to the back for no reason. Lobby was also very dirty and messy. Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes as the line was growing bigger and bigger and they did nothing about it.

      This McDonald's is a fucking joke. You wait forever and they always fuck up something with your order. Drive the extra ten minutes to another location. Avoid at all cost

      Slowest drive thru on planet earth. 40 minute wait for hamburger and a soda, but hey, at least the workers were friendly and apologetic. NOT!!!

      I don't expect much from a McDonald's--any McDonald's, really. But today's pit stop at the McD's in Bridgewater was troubling. I ordered a sweet tea, which was good btw, but at no time was the cost of my order communicated to me.

      First, here was no pricing for iced tea on the menu board, and when I placed my order at the speaker box I expected the person taking the order would tell me how much my order came to, but the voice just said to pay at the first window.

      I get to the pay window and the kid working it didn't tell me how much my order came to; in fact, he said NOTHING. Not even "hi." He just held out his hand for my money. He gave me back some change and I'm thinking to myself: There's no posted price and the money-taker doesn't speak, so how is a consumer supposed to know if the change they're getting back is even correct?!? So I asked for a receipt and he shook his head while making a sweeping motion with his hand in front of his neck. So I guessed "No receipt? You can't give me a receipt?" He shook his head again, confirming no receipt was coming my way.

      As a consumer, that bothered me a lot, so at the pick-up window I asked if there was a manager on duty. A nice enough gentleman appeared and I told him about the pricing transparency problem. He said he was sorry but they can't print receipts. I'm not sure he got that his store failed 3 TIMES to communicate the price of a product and/or the cost of an order. If that's not against the law, it's at least a very shoddy way of doing business.

      How can you mess up a egg McMuffin? If you don't know go here they'll show you. Never had one without Canadian bacon till today.

      Good lord. This is the McDonalds that serves as an example to all other McDonalds of how not to operate a fast food franchise location. Do yourself a huge favor and go 10 minutes further down the road to the one in Whitman.

      Literally went here for doordash orders and I arrived at 9:30 they literally locked the doors the dining room closes at 12 by the way, I could see like 3 orders just sitting in there and all the employees were sitting around. I went to the drive through after to try and get my delivery they said one second I sat their for like 15 mins with my order being ready and nobody did a damn thing. Every single one of them should be fired for not doing their job. There's a bare minimum of work you should be doing and honestly it's disgusting how lazy they all were.

      Some people during the day are kind however dinner and evening shifts are a shitshow THE DINING ROKM IS ALWAYS CLOSED AT LIKE 830 9 PM WJEN ITS SAYS ON THE DOOR OPEN TILL 11 they never have enough people who are actually working because 50 to 75% of all the workers are just sitting in the corner doing nothing well there's a line all the way out to the street and even when there isn't a line you sit there waiting 10 minutes just to order when there's only one car in front of you it's the biggest waste of life sitting in that damn drive-thru.
