McDonald's

This Mcdonalds doesn't really screw up my order like most mcdonalds.. Also, One young man working in the day time, greeted me right as I walked in the door, from behind the counter. I believe his name was Dante or Dwayne? Something like that. Anyways, it was just nice to see someone at a mcdonalds who cared about their job, or at least did a good job pretending. They are always nice when I come in the middle of the night as well. Outgoing night staff, who don't mind having a conversation. Very nice people. I would never give any other mcdonalds a rating like this.

Dirty tables and floors look like it has not been cleaned all day can't even see out the dirty windows

Management is rude. They treat customers like shit. I wouldn't go back...my order is 20 min late...and they are making orders ahead of mine...

Had to give it a 1-star because the system doesn't allow you to give "no stars". This was hands down a "ZERO STAR" meal. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese thru the drive-thru at 1:50pm today. Entire meal was thrown away. Fries were cold & stale tasting. Burger was completely pink! I will NEVER visit that location again.

This Mickey's is much better than the other D'S in Belvidere...and that one isn't horrible.

Maybe it's under new management (judging by previous reviews) because I always get pleasant, quick service and my order is always complete. No complaints

We were in Belvidere and stopped in at the McDonald's to get something quick while on the road.
I decided to try the new "fresh beef " Quarter Pounder. I actually had the double.
My question is, they always claimed to use fresh 100% pure beef. What have we been eating all this time if these are new burgers served with fresh beef?
McDonald's claims it takes a little longer to make these burgers because they are made fresh to order. I claim B.S. on this.
We were the only people at the counter, and as fast as our food came, there is no way my burger was made to order.
We got our meal and sat down to eat, my Double Quarter Pounder looked decent but when I took a bite, it wasn't as juicy as I remember the old Quarter Pounder tasted. But whatever, McDonald's is McDonald's. Don't expect the world and you won't be disappointed.

Night crew just doesn't give a shit, plain and simple. I've ordered multiple times here and I'm done. First mistake I wanted a McChicken with my order and was given no Chicken just the buns and light mayo. Multiple times since my orders of McChickens have been wrong, all I usually get is a McChicken No Lettuce Light Mayo and it always ends up wrong. I either get Lettuce with no mayo or extra mayo no lettuce or just a regular McChicken.

Just went up there with my girlfriend and ordered 2 plain Cheeseburgers. COULDN'T EVEN GET THAT RIGHT.
Got everything and more on it. But they got the other one right???? Makes no sense.

Better off going to the one down the street across from Walgreens. Sad excuse of a chain restaurant.

the ice cream machine is not BROKEN youre just LAZY. The employees don't want to do their job. The three times i've been here and ordered a smoothie or mcflurry the machine is "broken" or they "don't have it." Why are these people even being paid if they can't do their job??

Overall a couple mistakes were made on my orders in the past, but it seems to have been worked out. They haven't made one for a few months. Annoying drive through times though.

Tried their "crispy" chicken sandwich and once again they failed. There was nothing crispy about it. The french fries were stale and cold as well as only filled a little over half full. I don't know why I keep trying them.
