We have purchased several beds from this store now and have found the staff to be incredibly helpful and kind. The first mattress we bought from them nine years ago has been a game changer for us. I've never slept in a more comfortable bed- and it's still true nine years later! Tim (the owner) guided us toward this bed and I'm so glad he did.
When I came back yesterday to get two more beds for our kids my wife told me to BE SURE TO TELL TIM HOW MUCH WE STILL LOVE OUR BED! So I thought it would be good to post it here too.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for a new bed.

Awesome service and good prices, to start with.. There are plenty of mattress / bed stores in NW Oregon to choose from. We chose this one because we don't see TV ads for them (TV ads cost $$$ and those expenditures are accounted for in the price of your new whatever) and because reviews were positive.

Well, those reviews are good because the service is good. Prices are better than just 'reasonable'. In fact,having priced out our purchase at other stores to comparison shop, I can tell you we realized substantial savings on the mattress and foundation we selected. And I mean Substantial Savings As in Hundreds of $$.

The delivery and setup guys were awesome. They were careful to avoid damage to anything, had our old foundation and mattress cleared out and our new bed set up in record time. They were polite and friendly and capable. Altogether a good experience.

All in all, we'd happily buy from them again. Our sincere thanks to Tim who helped us pick out an awesome bed at a great price and to the guys who got it set up perfectly in practically no time at all.

Excellent customer service! We've bought 3 beds from them in the last 10 years, plus an automatic bed. Lately we purchased a beauty rest king extra firm mattress, but found it too firm. We could try it for 100 days and return if not pleased. We returned it in 3 weeks & got a Serra IComfort and LOVE IT! They go the extra mile. Our favorite person to work with is RUSS. They are all solid people and customer-service oriented. Our extended family just bought 3 beds from them and delivery was quick.

The selection and service is excellent. The staff is helpful & knowledgeable without being pushy, which is hard to come by these days. I guarantee if you shop around, and this place is included, you will end up coming back there for the best price point. I recommend them to any of my friends in need of an affordable mattress who especially don't want to deal with feeling pressured into something they don't even want. At Mattress Megastore there is so much to choose from! But the staff will help you find EXACTLY what you need because they honestly know their stuff and seem to actually care that you get the right bed for YOU

So we have bought tons of beds and referred tons of people. Even after them not helping my issue i sent brother next say and he bought 2 mattresses. Well i have bought a few beds. My bed has a warranty they sent someone out to check it the guy said ok we will take care of it we need to get you a new one, cuz it dips badly. Well then they called said it had stains even though it doesn't we only use the mattress protectors they sale. They said call mattress protection company for warranty called them they said they don't cover warranty, Then Peter Pedro said we will take care of you come down. So we went down there. And then he says we will have to charge you 500 for a new mattress even though mines under warranty. We said well we wouldn't have came down here if they wanted more money. So he said let me talk to me boss. And I will call you by Saturday. Few months later still nothing. Still have bad mattress and wasn't ever taken care of by 2 people who said they were going to, Don't recommend anymore!

I haven't even received the purchase yet and have no doubt it will go smoothly but I have to post about my purchasing experience today.

My girlfriend and I have been sleeping on an extremely old hand me down queen size mattress for a very long time.

It hurts my back and is just log over due to be scrapped.

We made the decision to bite the bullet and go look to purchase a new mattress today. Thankfully we remembered about a locally owned store and owned but two great people within the motorcycle community.

We went to the one in Hillsboro and worked with Tim who was willing to take the time to talk about pros and cons in mattresses and the fancier sleep number style airbeds.

He had us try a couple mid priced mattresses and ran numbers giving us a range that we could easily afford.

We made the big "mistake" and laid on a higher end pillow top and got sold. Tim again worked with us to make sure it was affordable.

We walked away with upgrading from a queen size to a king and purchasing a fantastic bed with a fully adjustable base.

I couldn't be happier with the experience and the people we dealt with. I always fear places like this for the 'vulture mentality' but didn't have a single hint of that today.

What a pleasant experience!

My husband and I walked in, looked a little lost, and was immediately greeted by Russ.

He asked us a couple of basic questions (such as price range, preferred firmness level), and led us to a few mattresses to test out.

We weren't really sure about firmness; so, he let us lay on a couple of mattresses of differing firmness, and left us to contemplate the feel of each.

After we made up our minds, he then took us over to his desk to talk about delivery options and the like.

He was so patient, personable, unassuming and non-judgemental.

Just because I look like a bum when it's cold out, doesn't mean I can't afford some nice things. I work hard, and it's a real turnoff when I get treated poorly because I didn't June Cleaver it outta the house to drop a bunch of cash.

None of that here! We felt so secure in our experience and our purchase.

Excellent service! Russ was an absolute help when looking for a mattress. He is very knowledgeable and does his best to find the perfect mattress within your budget (perfect for fresh recent grad undergraduates). Great person to talk with, approachable and a go-to!

The delivery service was also phenomenal. Made a purchase for a queen-sized bed one day, was able to deliver within 24hrs!

Yesterday my wife bought an adjustable bed and mattress here and was treated like a member of the family. Russ carefully described the features of a number of bed/mattress choices they had available. He pointed out the choice that was most suitable for what we were looking for without any sales pressure or attempt to up sell!

Today, the bed and mattress was delivered and set up within the time promised. The delivery was completed promptly and professionally by two friendly and experienced men.
