I have a 1958 1,440 square foot rambler. 1,000 square foot crawl with the remainder a concrete slab. Vapor barrier was vertualy non existent and insulation around the ducts used by rodents for the last 60 years. Mitch with the pest control side (also bids out the crawl cleaing, insulation and deoderizing), came out and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, honest (didn't try to upsell me) and took time to answer my questions. I took a bid for the pest control and crawl cleaning/reinsulating and we parted ways. I had another five estimates and no one came close to Mitch! I knew I wanted him for my pest control (as he is the one person who services my house), but i was concerned with the crawl renewal... That's when Garry from the crawl renewal side gave me a call after I raised my concern to Mitch. Garry was equally knowledgeable, professional and honest so I pulled the trigger. I have to say that I highly recommend both of these Gentleman and their crews! Mitch has stopped the rodents from getting in, trapped the ones that were in and baited the remaining population outside for population control. Garry has removed all the old/contaminated vapor barrier/insulation, installed new and deodorized!

I have personaly crawled through my crawl before and after and could not be happier! Thanks guys, very much appreciated! Added bonus is the crawl renewal has a warranty with the continued quarterly rodent service, which is very reasonable! As long as Mitch is my guy who provides that service, I'm in. If Mitch ever moves on from the company for any reason, the new guy will have big shoes to fill!

Do not ever use this service. They take advantage of elderly people or may just be racist. They'll come to your yard to do nothing and charge you. Even if you cancel they will come and say they did something (when they didn't) and say you still have to pay even AFTER you had already cancelled. Terrible customer service. Terrible people all around. Highly disappointed and would never recommend these horrible people to anyone. You'll leave feeling upset and annoyed when all you wanted was some pest control. They can't even do that correctly.

Mathis has been coming to our house for rodent control for years. The techs are polite and do a great job.

Highly unprofessional service and will never recommend to hire Mathis. Customer service is horrible and very confused and always need to check with supervisor. The guy "Gary M" was point of contact for my work but he keep giving me excuses for bad service. They forgot to seal and fix broken vent and rodent burrow. After calling several time Gary sent a person who also confirmed my concern. He promised me to fix all issue in next visit but he never come back. Finally, i have to hire different contractor to do the work.

I wasted $1300 at the name of pest control and insulation.

On time, professional, got the job done the first time. The technicians have always thoroughly explained what they will doing and are conscious of our family and pets. The quarterly service plan has kept our house big free.

After using Mathis (formerly Action Exterminating) for over 10 years on a regular basis (every 3 months), I will never ever have a Mathis technician set foot on my property again. Their technician "Kenny" no-showed for the appointment I made with him (I accommodated HIS schedule) with no call, no nothing.

When I called Mathis to find out why he never showed up or even called, he returned my call at closing time on the defensive indicating that I never sent him a picture of where the wasps nest was located. Let's see over 10 years of servicing my property with 45 visits ($3,600) I would think that they would be familiar with my back door where the nest was located. I got excuses, lies, vulgar language and basically an "I could care a less lady" attitude. They just lost a rock solid customer due to horrible customer service, and a technician that should not be serving the public in any capacity, ever.

Finally, if you are not watching the technician or not at home when they come by - you are likely getting screwed. They zip around your exterior of the house in 4 minutes with their bug spray, slap a bill on your door, and off they go. My neighbor has watched them.

I will post there anywhere and everywhere I can - Don't use Mathis exterminating. There are too many other's out there who want and value your business!

I don't leave to many reviews but I thought I should leave one for this company . I had to call for an ant problem we had and they came out the next day. They sent out Elliott and he did a great job and was professional and friendly. The ants were gone after the first spray. I would highly recommend Mathis.

They were recommended to us by our agent. Service is timely however, the fee was way too high and the invoices were very confusing. No due date was given on the invoices and they called us to demand for payment on next day of service. They made excuses saying technician told us the due date. That was definitely not true. I'd look elsewhere for the same type of service.

My mother is 86 years old She had mathas come out They were supposed to dig a 12" trench all around the house and put wire down 12" My mom told him I would be checking it when they were done they had no dirt left over when you dig a 1' trench around the house you'll have a lot of dirt left over when you replace it with pea gravel they had nothing left over lei said at all even doubt The mice ate through to more pipes that I had replaced this last weekend I've captured for mice that they said that they were gonna come a get don't ever use this company they try to caulk charger $2000 I had to put a stop payment on the check they promised to be out here today which is Monday 5 o'clock have not heard anything Herself the guy's name who suppose bin charges forest He is a total liar he never did what he said he would do they brought out a pocket knife and a little 3" shovel to dig the deepest they ever dug anything was 4" deep said the ground was too hard Never use this company warning never
