Had a very pleasant experience here. I had a prepaid shipping label which they scanned and took care of. The woman who was there was very accommodating. She helped me find the right box and had shipping filler in the backroom. I will definitely go here with all my shipping needs.

Owner 'Tony' Gupta is not honest. He lied to me & to customers. He has two fingerprint machines & scheduled them both at the same time! This is unfair, as he does not have the staff. It puts the one staff person in an illegal situation. You are required to be present the entire time, when doing fingerprints. He does not care.
His Internet & computers have major issues & get stuck & freeze. It slows business & causes errors. He knows this. If the computer freezes & causes an error, & it prints the incorrect label, the owner deducts the entire shipping amount from his staff's paycheck. This is highly dishonest & illegal. It is stealing. They freeze because he is too cheap to get it fixed. He calls staff his "independent contractors" and no one is such! All of this is illegal. No one is an "independent contractor" here; they are "part time staff" according to employment laws & tax laws. He does this for his own benefit, but it is unlawful. He lied about hours and work, etc. I
No one is legally a contractor there.
Everyone quits due to his disrespect and dishonesty. Only Jim stays. Tony treats him differently, because Tony told me that Jim allegedly has a disability. That is rude of Tony to tell me that. The HIPPA Act forbids this sharing of medical information. Owner Tony allegedly gets a tax write off for hiring Jim. It's why he keeps him.
The owner told me to charge customers for faxes that do not go through; it's busy. I refused. It's dishonest. You cannot trust Tony Gupta the owner. His greed & dishonesty is obvious. He habitually lies to those he hires & to customers to make more money. He also treats most women who work there very differently than how he treats Jim. Beware! He told me he'd refund me for my notary course he required me to take & to pay for. He changed the terms of our agreement afterwards, in typical dishonest Tony fashion. Di MOT trust the owner. He has so many ways of ripping people off via lying, it's disgusting. He charges for a new shipping box & at times has staff pack it in a used box. Another scam! He doesn't want you mail packages via USPS, as he earns less profit than via FedEx, etc. He told me to tell customers we do not ship USPS. That is an another lie that I refused to tell. He is a con artist in my opinion from what I existences there. He lies to customers and to staff and to the IRS. Need I say more?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brian B.Titusville, FL027038Oct 4, 2023Updated review
I came in to get a form notarized and then make copies. Jim was quick, friendly and professional. Jim and Tony are both very friendly people who run a great mail store. I feel that the value of the service is very good. That's why I'm a regular customer.

No matter what my business is Tony or Jim have always seemed to me to have a calm demeanor and always seem to meet the customers needs. I'm glad they are so close to me that it's not out of my way to stop by. Thanks for the great service you 2 provide our community.

Recently I have had to notarize paperwork for a house I own in California, and I've use the Mail Center for all of my business. They are extremely thorough and patient with the paper shuffle I bring to them. I will continue to use them for notary and shipping in the future.

This place is a joke and I see no need for them when shipping packages. They just mark it up and farm it out. So the cost to ship will be 30-40% more than the post office. Not quite as bad a ripoff as the UPS store down the street but still bad.

The person at this facility was extremely rude. When I entered the facility, she did not come out to address me but rather, asked what I needed from another room. She apparently couldn't hear me from whatever room she was in so I had to come closer to find her so she could hear me. I felt very uncomfortable with the unnecessary attitude. She also did not have a mask on - I work in the healthcare industry and am around COVID patients often so this was risky on her behalf as well as mine.
I would not go back to this facility unless there were no other options.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Alan W.Orlando, FL03Nov 11, 2019
The owner put an ad in a local flyer. I went over after seeing in the AD that they were open only until 2PM on Saturday before the holiday weekend. I checked their internet WEB hours, and same thing, only open until 2PM Saturday. I got there at 1:30PM and they were CLOSED. I guess that the owner, Tony Gupta, would rather do anything but have a business run like a real business. So I headed over to the UPS Store which is a real franchise and runs like a real shipping store on Highway 50 not far away. I'll be using them.

I had an emergency circumstance that required me to overnight the keys to my abanded and wrecked car to be towed from public property 150 miles from here.
I paid almost $48. AAA was on standby, as was the mechanics shop.
The Key did not arrive until late on the second day, ( Friday) instead of Thursdsy
Too late for AAA to tow to the mechanic..Now I will have to leave the totalled car until 4/23/18 when the mechanic returns
I was severely injurred, now requiring someone to push me in a wheelchair, and not able to drive at all.
I called this place to ask for some type of refund. They said no UPS needed to refund me. I went back and forth, several times between both of them. I was told by a woman that the boss would call me bsck. He never did. Meanwhile, I spoke with a manager at UPS headquarters, and learned that they can only credit that store. And it would only be for $9. Then after this the store was responsible for my credit.
I placed another call to this establishment, a man answered, and once I said my name he immediately placed me on hold. After 1 hour of being on hold I hung up. Once again I called UPS and learned since UPS was only paid $9 out of my $47+ that I had paid this store the rest of the refund would need to come from the very store that was quickly proven to be dishonest, and unethical.
Never would I go there again, and I would be sure if you decide to do business with this establishment please do so with full knowledge of the type of people you will be doing business with, and watch your wallet.
I have now filed with my credit card company to have the money credited back to me.
The people that own/run this store care nothing about the damage they have cost me. I would STRONGLY suggest you consider any place instead of this one.
UPS will allow you to print your own label, and pick it up...No up charges. It is not required that you have an account with UPS to do this.
They charged me almost 5 times what I should have paid. Once they realized that I knew what they had done, they would not communicate with me at all.
Go anywhere but there, unless you wish to be ripped off!! They do not deserve 1 star!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Myra B.Titusville, FL446520Dec 19, 2018
I don't like to write unpleasant reviews, but I am going to this time. I took a package that I need to get to NC before Christmas and a bubble pack envelope to send regular mail. I went in knowing I would be paying quite a bit for the package and am ok with the price. However, I was shocked at what this establishment wanted to charge to mail a bubble envelope! The manager said it would be $16! That's right $16. I told him I didn't want priority, tracking or anything except postage. He then said it would be $9! I told him that I wasn't paying 3 times what inside cost me and ask if he had taken the tracking off the cost. He looked at me, laid the envelope aside and began helping the next in line. I was standing there waiting for the postage cost, and he just ignores me. After a couple of minutes the one employee ask me what I was waiting on. I said the cost for postage and she whispered to me to come back in the morning at 9 am! This leads me to believe something isn't right here. I thanked the lady and left. In the parking lot the customers the manager was helping came out with their package in hand. We agreed on the price being way more than necessary. I will no longer be using this mailing store for any of my business.

Worst shipping location ever. Woman at the front desk was very sarcastic and rude. She seemed irritated that me and my husband asked more than once about the price of shipping our packages. We were quoted $53.87 to ship a box with 2 stuffed toys inside. We left and went to priority 1 shipping where we were quoted $18.00 to ship the same box. I would call that severe price gouging. Don't know why anyone would ever want to do business with this place.
