My favorite brick & mortar shop! Nic, Rocco and staff are always helpful and will bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied! Great selection of juices, mods and coils - the one store that seems to have it all! Their prices on national brand juice cant be beat in all of Rochester!

Super great selection and very knowledgeable crew. A must see in the Roc for glass. Some real collector pieces here. Bring your wallet lol.

If you're an occasional cigar smoker or knows someone who is and want to give a gift, I would suggest Mad Hatter's. They have a wide selection of cigars. And they also have pipes and lighters which make good gifts.
The store is very well organized and the staff is very polite.

Staff was AWESOME! Only one of the younger employees seemed kind of miserable. She was not for Retail Attitude. Selection is AMAZING!!! Will be going back again for sure!!

This place is freaking awesome! I go there for my hookah supplies and get lost every time in a good way lol.

For those who enjoy "extra curriculars" they have the craziest pipes! Some are dragons, others cartoon characters, super heroes - you name it - and they go for hundreds to thousands of dollars. Lol me and my beau enjoy going and looking at them.

As for hookah lovers like myself -- ever wanted a hookah shaped like a rifle? They have it lol they also have tons of tobacco but it's the more basic brands like al fakar and starbuzz. None of the really good anti burn tobacco. they do have the good coconut coals though.

The spot is always busy so I know I'm not the only one glad they opened up! All the people who work there are super friendly too !

shop is alright; the workers there will take advantage of you and will overcharge on items. paid $40 for something that typically costs $5

Like the shop & selection & they're always pretty busy. Problem is prices for most things are considerably higher than they should be. And then there was that time I messaged them in Facebook ask if they had a specific juice in stock & when I drove all the way over there they actually didn't have it.

Best smoke shop, best selection, and most knowledgeable staff. Every time I walk into other smoke shops, they either don't have what I need or they don't have the expertise to understand what I'm asking for.

Only smoke shop I'd go to. Great selection of products, shop is kept clean and neatly organized! Friendly staff that's always happy to answer questions and provide their personal opinions!! Highly recommend check it out!
