I was trying to spend some money today but couldn't get help for a bra fit !!! Waited around and got some sizes to try on while I waited for the manager to come help me . Tried on what I had picked out thinking she would come finally but to no avail . I just left and headed to Top Drawer lingerie since Macys clearly didn't want my money .

Tina at Lancôme counter is awesome! I had an online order I needed to exchange products and get color matched. She took her time helping me find everything and making sure I liked the colors she chose. would definitely come back and shop again because of her.

This Macys by far was the most rundown one I've been to in recent years. I was really hopeful it wouldn't be lacking in variety but yikesssssss. Terribly dire selection and very disorganized. Not only that, almost no one was around to help or assist. The women's dress selection was very limited, offering nothing modest which was a shame. The prices were also incredibly high for how bleak and bland the dresses were. My wife was just as surprised as I was at the expensive limited offerings to be had here.

Macy's. Your store hours need to be adjusted if you are going to lock customers out long before your closing time. In doing this you are forcing customers to walk much longer distances, risking their safety and security.
Your doors were locked at 6:20 from the mall side and the hours in the door clearly show 7pm. If you want to close earlier state this in your hours.

This location's fine jewelry department is complete G-A-R-B-A-G-E! GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE! The customer service here blows beyond belief.
Let me set the stage for you: My husband and I arrive at the busy jewelry counter waited in line, there was 4-5 associates helping people and when it was finally our turn the people & lines tapered off. Instead of someone saying "Hey we'll be right with you or someone else can help you while you have another looks around." I witnessed two associates shooting the breeze while we waited. Then another woman who simply walked up within 5 mins received helped. Magically everyone fanned out within that lovely 20-30 minutes and never came back. A whole other woman who clocked in was wondering what did we need help, to finally help. And she only helped somewhat... I wanted to buy a couple of necklaces for my two nieces & asked her opinion on them. She just seemed like she was simply going through the motions. Didn't answer any questions, looking around the entire time.
The only reason why we went in the store was because I had already placed an order for them online & wanted to see what I was actually paying for. It would have taken maybe 5 minutes of any of their precious times to sit and help us but nope, they passed up over. Cool, pass us over. Not impressed what so Ever with Macy's. I was told by my girlfriend to check out a new perfume she bought at a Macy's. This one didn't carry it in stock. My friend was looking for both face brand that "maceys" said they carried. Nope they only have it on line. Then we looked round for a top or a dress and left empty handed And found nicer stuff at rosses of all places. disappointed

I was at shoes department yesterday around 7:15pm, and there were two males employees that didn't want to help me. I had to go after them and asked for help!!! Horrible customer service!!!

Went in to buy some shoes, I showed the associate which ones I wanted, I already had one just needed the other one, so she went and got them for me and rang me out. While ringing up my order she stopped so she could have an unnecessary conversation with her coworker and left me just standing there. After I paid,
I checked the shoes to make sure she brought the correct size, as suspected she did not. When I told her this she told me it was my fault and I told her the wrong size, first of all I know what shoe size I wear, second of all I showed her the left shoe and asked for the right, she never asked me for a size because I told her I just needed the match to the one I was holding. The shoe department was overall very dirty, not good especially considering we're in a pandemic. Seemed like Annabelle was more concerned with chatting up her cute coworker than she was with actually doing some work. I guess I'll be buying my shoes from Dillard's from here on out.
