Love the products and staff is great. But the satan song playing for Halloween doesn't really give me lush vibes and it's just weird especially with kids. Please no more satan music

Love this place! My skin and hair are important and feeling clean is too! After I use their products I feel refreshed!!

I like long baths and I cannot lie!

This place was awesome! It's like bath heaven... I found all kinds of treats for my bath. The store smells amazing and the service was really great. They even tell you a little of the products history and each product has a picture of the worker who made it! This brand is very earth friendly. Our sales girl was really sweet and did not push us to buy anything. This was my first experience and I am now a fan of this brand.

I had never heard of Lush until recently when my book club did a gift exchange and one of the gifts was a bath bomb from Lush. I was curious to find out more, especially when I found out that Baybrook has a store. It's right across from Bath and Body, and yet I somehow never noticed it.

Like everyone else said, this store is TINY. I had a large purse with me and I kept bumping into people because it's so small and the aisles are narrow. Plus with it being close to Christmas, it's busier right now. I went in the middle of the week thinking it wouldn't be too crowded, but I was mistaken. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling well, so I didn't stay long, but I did buy some white elephant gifts for upcoming holiday parties.

The staff is friendly, but it can be hard to track down an employee because they're so busy helping other customers. I finally grabbed the attention of an employee. I told her what I was looking for (gifts in the $20 range) and she showed me a variety of products. I ended up getting some bath bomb sets that are wrapped in cute bandannas shaped like different animals. My sinuses unfortunately were going crazy so all of the scents in the store were making my head hurt worse. Some of the scents were so light, I couldn't even tell what scent they were supposed to be. Others were so strong, it just made my head hurt worse. The bath bombs I bought have stayed in the bag (which I placed inside a separate plastic bag) because the scent is so strong and is not helping my sinus headaches that I've had lately. However, I hope to be able to go back to try some of the products for myself once my allergies calm down. When I was checking out, I tried a sample of one of the lotions. It was very soft and smelled good, but again, the scent was very strong and took some time to settle down. I did receive a catalog and have been browsing through it, but of course the scent from the bath bombs transferred on it so it's now wrapped up in the plastic bag with the bath bombs lol. Hopefully I'll be able to try the products soon and not have to worry about my allergies! Also I would really like to watch one of the in store demos so I can see how all of their products work.

The staff is very attentive and the demonstrations are interactive. Jamie was very helpful, she even assisted my mom to sample a salt scrub. The friendliness of the staff makes me eager to return to this location instead of opting for online Lush purchases.

The nicest Lush I have been to so far and I've been to the ones in SugarLand and Galleria area. The store is clean and organized even for the holiday season l. All the employees here are super nice and I was greeted with abundance of help and suggestions when I waked into the store. I only bought a Christmas gift but the employees offered me samples in case I wanted to come back and buy something else. Who can say no to free Lush samples though?

Absolutely LOVE the smell of this bathbomb called "Avo Bath" mixture of avocado and lemongrass. My first time trying the bubblegum lip scrub and it works wonders will definitely keep coming back!

Decent size shop out of the different locations I've been too. Large variety of product with very knowledgeable staff, however it is very annoying how pushy the staff is. Let us shop in peace please. I don't like to get bombarded the second I step in every time.

Staff was rude when I last went in, acted as if they did not want customers at all. I was holding a glass perfume bottle (overly priced at $100) when an employee came up frantically behind me insisting to get in the cabinet I was standing in front of. I was hurrily trying to put the class bottle back down and the employee kept saying "excuse me! Excuse me!" As if I could go any faster. Not my favorite experience, I used to love going into this store and sampling everything with an employees assistance.
