Their cheese steak sandwich is the BEST this side of Philadelphia PA.
Don't change anything about it!!! It is stuffed with steak and they put anything you want on it. I haven't asked for Cheese Wiz yet like the Philly Cheese steaks are made. But I might as it might make it taste just like the ones from Philly !Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tracy D.PA, PA03Oct 23, 2022
By far the best little Main Street store in the Northeast Kingdom. Sam and Fred are truly small town Vermont store owners. They know everyone by name, and treat you like family. I honestly am not sure what we would do without this awesome deli/store in town. Best Pizza and poutine fries in a 50 mile distance. Five stars doesn't even begin....Megan and Kaiya are a bonus :)

The new owners are doing a great job with this place! They have a good selection of beer, wine, snacks, dry goods, and (what my kids like the most) ice cream. Maple Creemies are served Thursday-Sunday. They just opened the deli and serve a good sandwich (menu picture attached). If you're local or passing by on Route 2, it's definitely worth a stop!

I love this place. It's such a cute old school service station and convenience store. The pumps are the old fashioned type. You don't need to pay first. Pump your gas, and then go in to pay. You never see this anymore. No credit cards at the pump.
The cashier was very friendly, and the store was well stocked. I love rural New Hampshire.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Janet B.Danville, VT01Mar 26, 2018
