First time visiting this nail salon. Went in as a walk-in for gel manicure removal and regular manicure. The receptionist greeted me with water refreshment. There were already customers ahead of getting a pedicure and manicure. Wait wasn't too long. Space was clean. My manicurist was Wendy. She was very delicate which was much appreciated. She did an amazing job for someone who does not often get manicures. I will definitely be going back for her.

It is better to make an appointment because they get busy but they are excellent for both hair and nails. Efficient and good quality ingredients. A nice place to relax and be taken care of.

Second time going there as a walk in. I really wish they paid more attention to cleaning up the nails. I would also appreciate it if I didn't have to swat flies away while trying to relax when having a pedicure done.

Total: $115 (Don't including tip)

CONS

1. Owner is harsh with her employees in front of customers (very uncomfortable)
2. Nail technicians are rough, both my toes and fingers were cut
3. Due to an appointment coming in the nail technician did a rushed job (Owner pushes her to do my nails)
4. Technician had to paint the nail color over and over and over since they use cheap gel polish. (Very annoying)
5. Asked for the gel tips to be thin and got very thick acrylics
6. Gel is lumpy and uneven
7. 4 days after the gel acrylics tips, gel began to chip away. (I don't even wash dishes!)
8. 6 days after a tip broke off while I opened the car door! (RIDICULOUS)
9. Extremely overly priced for mediocre service

PROS

1. Nail salon is clean
2. Take walk-in
3. Have a hair salon in the back, which is cool if you're trying to get dolled up in one shot
4. Attentive

The pictures I've shared were taken on day 4 and day 6 after getting my nailed done. I don't recommend this place due to mediocre service, high prices and chain smoking loud owner.

I called last minute for a pedicure because it's near my home and the owner was nice and told me they would take me no problem.

I got a 30$ gel pedicure, my lady cut me twice where I almost bled and left in pain. She barely took off any dead skin and when I asked she told me 8$ more. My pedicure didn't include any lotion on my legs or barely wet them at all. I could have left my entire legging down and not gotten it wet.

She painted on the gel on my toes and it got on random parts on my feet as well, the gel wouldn't dry and she kept blaming the "machine". She put on two layers of RED gel and then had to remove it with a machine twice on both of my big toes, you can only imagine how messy this looked. The entire time she kept hurting my toes and fixing with her own long nail (not hygienic)

I was so frustrated and the owner heard and saw and did absolutely nothing just made snobby comments from afar about being tired of people complaining.....

Keep in mind I NEVER write reviews and I never once even asked for a discount. I simply tipped 7$ as I would anyone and paid for this awful experience. Save yourself the trouble

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

My cuticles were bleeding and nails were uneven.
Yes I am a man and my manicure should be easy and clean quick... not at all

Stay far away from this place..
The technicians have really bad attitudes and their nose is up in the air

Ridiculously busy and my gel manicure was average. I had Amy, she was okay no complaints towards her, but the gel manicure came out bumpy and my friends pedicure was painted crooked. Don't think I'll be coming back.

Was there this week- had Lisa for my second time. Wasn't happy that she decided to chat on her phone instead of letting me get my manicure. Also knowing from another time she passed me off afterwards for my pedicure. After asking and being reassured that she would do both mani/pedi - totally unprofessional and will be talking to the owner. I just don't like tipping 2 people or tipping rude workers. You are also supporting to get a complimentary 1 minute massage which Lisa never does cause she runs off to her next appointment.

If your African American descent don't go there. Your business is not valued. I experienced racial provocation by Asian woman. The goal was to make me leave because they want to change my appointment time while waiting for service to fit in two Caucasian people who were not scheduled before. I guess my money and tip is a variant of green. I have been a customer for over 5 years. The truth alway surface!!!!!

Do not get your hair done here!!
Worse blowout I asked for waves the lady did NOT know what she was doing. Waste of time and money. Please do not go here.
