Loren Carpet Cleaners

Had a fantastic experience using Loren Carpet Cleaners to clean some area rugs this week.

My poor dog ate something that turned his GI tract into a salad spinner, and he unleashed its fury all over our rug. We did our best to clean it but the rug still had some staining and odor.  I found Loren online and saw that they had great reviews, so I called.

Brian (owner) listened to my tale and assured me that this was something he'd helped clients remediate on the regular. He then asked questions to size up the project and give me an estimate over the phone.  Since he was coming out already, we had him expand the quote to include a few other rugs from high-traffic areas in our house that needed a little refreshing. He also cleaned a family member's sofa and did an incredible job there as well.

We were extremely impressed with Brian's professionalism (his communication and project management are top-notch!) and with his cleaning skills.  He also goes out of his way to give bundled pricing when a client has multiple items in a job.

Happy to report that the dog is fully recovered and so is the rug, thanks to Loren Carpet Cleaners. Highly recommend using them if you're ever in similar straights or are just looking to do some spring cleaning.

Not only did he make the initial phone consultation quick and easy, he was incredibly understanding and so kind. As for the actual appointment, he communicated so clearly up til the day of the job, made sure I did everything I could to save the most money and time, and even arrived early to the appointment. He was quick and did and incredibly quality job. We were renting a property and the carpets look newer than the day we moved in, even with our two big huskies. Loren Carpet Cleaners is the best in the area. Brian helped us out quickly, did a great job and explained everything he was going to be doing to get the carpets clean. Carpets looked brand new when he was done! Highly recommended! Very professional!

Brian is a find! Trusted alone in my restaurant while I went about my day, he did a beautiful job! Carpet is 5 years old with heavy traffic patterns and after he took care of them they look like new! Brian is as good is it gets. He provided on-time, professional steam cleaning service doing some carpeting, a sofa and love seat as well as a couple of area rugs which he picked up, cleaned and delivered as promised. His prices were higher than some of the others in the area but I think that some of THOSE places are a dime a dozen. However he's right in line (price wise) with the established pros. I don't always shop price - I shop QUALITY! AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! (Like so many things in life). I refuse to use Stanley or Sears etc. - he's the real deal taking the time to do the job right - not just come in, spray some water, suck it up and leaving my carpets with too much soap and dirty again in two months - WELL DONE! He's SO good I've referred him to dozens of others over the years who were all as happy as I was. (Just used him again which made me think of reviewing him).

I will definitely use Brian again to clean my rugs and furniture. All my rug were taken away and cleaned to perfection. So nice to know they were cleaned with care and attention to detail. He cleaned a lounge cushion that was destined for the trash had he not come to the rescue. Upon returning the rugs, Brian cleaned my upholstered furniture and pillows. The price was very reasonable and the was service prompt and professional. I knew my possessions were in good hands and getting individualized care. I plan on making this a yearly ritual.
