      Great service, honest people who care. And Andy is the best!! He did a retest on me for hearing aids I purchased elsewhere and solved all my complaints. Didn't try to sell my anything! Can't go wrong here!

      I've yet to meet such a pleasant, caring and fun couple than these people! He's amazing, I was here visiting my sister, I'm from San Diego when I noticed my hearing aides were not workinghe actually came in early one day to work on my aides! He's so busy but made time for me! Explained things I wasn't even told I'm California when I first got my Signia aides. HIGHLY recommend this kind gentleman, his wife who is his receptionist is so fun and kind. Glad I found him

      IF, you are considering hearing aids, are not satisfied with your current one(s), or need repairs, I would recommend Lloyd Hearing to everyone.
      I am a along time hearing aid user 40 + years and know what I am talking about. I have been to them all. I was reluctant at first to purchase online aids but decided to give it a try. I was floored by the great service and AFFORDABILITY that was offered at Lloyd. Andy Palmquist walked me through everything and is one of the most knowledgeable people on the planet when it comes to hearing aids, not to mention being an outstanding human being and understanding peoples problems with hearing. Everyone's hearing problems are different and it is not just cut and dry.
      The folks who charge tremendous dollar amounts for aids are just ripping you off. This will not happen at Lloyd. I got tired of people in white coats trying to sell me VERY EXPENSIVE aids without listening to what I had to say about my hearing problems. Won't happen here. Andy is the best I have run across. Period.
      At least check them out before you make a plunge for thousands of $'s. I know you will be happy. If not, Andy will make it right. The service and understanding are First Class.

      I cannot tell you how much I appreciate these folks. Between Andy Palmquist and his crew which includes his son Adam and Erica, there are no better hearing aid dispensers ANYWHERE.

      I wish they were closer as we are in New Jersey. They have consistently given incredibly good service. We have two older digital Oticon hearing aides which are no longer easy to program as the interface is in an older version of Windows 98 and the cables are proprietary and hard to find. Not problem for Andy and his crew. They had them, were able to program the aids and they sent them back almost immediately and the prices as others have said, were exceedingly fair.

      And to make matters even more enjoyable they really do care about helping clients and are really just decent folks and for that we are most appreciative. Thanks for saving my daughters older hearing aids.

      I had been putting off getting help and finally went in and met Andy. He made me feel very at ease, explained how they would help. Explained the results of the test and he told me how I was having hearing difficulties just by looking at the test results. Then he thoroughly explained all the different options I had selecting devices that would suit me best. When I came to get them fitted, (or whatever you call it) he again was so thorough, explaining so slowly and completely how everything worked. Well, I have had them for a week now. I don't know who likes them the most; me or my wife. I used to say: "what did they say" all of the time when watching TV. Not anymore. That is why she likes them so much. My only regret is why did I wait so long. Andy and the entire Team at Lloyds is professional, very knowledgeable, and most important they are empathetic and caring about our situation. Thank you Andy and your entire Team. I certainly do HIGHLY recommend Lloyds. Scott

      Went to see Lloyd today to replace the cover on my hearing aid microphone. It was fixed in 15 minutes and cost $15.00 !
      Wow what a GREAT deal!!!! This is where I will be going for all my hearing aid needs! Thanks Lloyd!

      SERVICE is the K#Y - Been a customer for some time now and each time I'm impressed with the caring and experience that they provide.
      I'm near Tacoma, WA and do my business with them via mail and telephone. Andy is the person that has made my day on several occasions. Thanks to the entire staff at Lloyd's for helping me to hear!

      I purchased a Joy hearing aid in December 2017 and the thing never did help me hear speech well. I sent it back a couple of times and they adjusted it, but the sound quality was never good. Finally, in March 2018, I sent everything back asking for a full refund of my money in the amount of $678.75 that I had paid toward the hearing aid ( the total amount was $802.95). The owner himself Andy Palmquist , emailed me telling me that I had it longer than 45 days and therefore I would not be able to get a refund. So now they have their hearing aid and my money, as I had paid for the aid before they sent it. However, previously, in an email Andy Palmquist stated and I have copied it here, "Since it looks like this aid isn't going to work out for you, it is definitely better to send it back. As I've said before, we certainly don't want you feeling stuck with a hearing aid you're not happy with and isn't giving you the benefit you need."

      It has been only 2 weeks since I sent the aid back, but, I have not had an email or any other type of communication about this.

      I have had hearing aids for 50 years , so, I do know a thing about them. If this company cannot return my money after I have trusted them, (being an online business), and I have made a sincere effort to work with them so that I can have a good hearing aid to hear with, then I would not recommend them because they are not honest and they are taking advantage of older people like myself.

      This is a definite buyer be ware
