I've used them several times. Always responsive, is usually able to squeeze me in fairly quickly, and my carpets always come out better than I expect. With 3 kids, 3 pets and light carpets, this is no easy task and they're always up for the challenge!

Best carpet service I have ever had. They use a rotary brush steam machine, then a steam extractor and the results are unbelievable. The guys are polite and careful in their work and a pleasure to do business with. Great prices, too!

Live By The Brush is an Awesome Carpet Cleaning business.We set up a day and time. He was here at time he said he would be. The outcome was MARVELOUS! My carpet looks brand new as it did when I moved in. Professional, excellent and fast are three words I would use to describe the service I received. I will definitely be using this company again and I recommend it to anyone that needs their carpet cleaned.

Terrible customer service. Called them 4 times and left 3 voicemails trying to schedule a cleaning. They never answered their phone or called me back. Go somewhere else.

So great! The technician was knowledgeable, prompt, quick, highly professional, and super-friendly. I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me any "extras" -- they just asked what I wanted, and said, "Great!" The carpets look better than I've ever seen them -- they did a very thorough job, even in the tricky staircase areas. But the friendliness was really the best part -- the technician was easy-going and friendly, and helped manage the two cats and dog who were very curious what was going on. I would highly recommend this service!
