I have used their discount program since dec 2020. It automatically renews each year. my understanding is the discount program was tied to the phone used for my phone number. I purchased a new phone close to a year ago and was under the impression that this phone would receive the same discounted service. I called to bring phone in for repair and was informed that i have been paying for a service for one year for a phone that i no longer use. I feel like they should honor the discounted repair for the phone i purchased a yeAr ago since all it involves to have the new phone insured under the same plan is to let them know i have a new phone. I can proof that i purchased this phone and have used this phone since May of last year. It isn't like i am asking for something that i haven't paid for. I have paid their annual 70 fee or whatever the fee is. Bottom line is they should honor repairing my current phone or refund the discount plan fee since it is useless for me.
Hard to believe they are making a big deal and losing a customer over a repair that could be as simple as cleaning out the charge port
I am waiting to hear from the owner. Contacted and agreed to repair phone

I could not put a charger into the port of my phone & for 4 weeks I carried around a charger you lay the phone on to chg. They told me it might be a simple fix & I told them I thought it would be a big fix! Anyways they looked at it and used some sort of tool and pulled out a piece of a charger that had broken off inside the port. They didn't charge me and they were super polite and comforting to meI would totally recommend them to anyone

What a nightmare, went in to get a cracked screen repaired and was given basically a bricked phone back. Phones battery capacity was at 85% when I took it in, after the "repair" my phone now powers off every few minutes. Guy obviously shorted my battery and then lied to my face about it. Then tried to convince me I needed to replace a bad battery and that my phone had "been worked on before". Which FYI It hasn't and considering the ball of BS I was thrown from jump I'm inclined to believe every word said to me by this employee was a crock. Another company is taking my phone for repair now and I'll be able confirm this as fact. You can't tell me a problem that did not exist prior to giving you possession of my phone was not in fact caused by YOU. Also come to find out he did NOT need my passcode to repair my phone according to the other repair service, so who knows how my privacy has been violated now. I'll be making a formal complaint with the bbb, the AGs office and the consumer affairs bureau. Absolutely ridiculous. You don't break something and then try to sell me a fix.

Avoid this place if possible!
They do not keep their promises, as to when a phone will be fixed, that they will call you back or that they will apply a discount. The organisation of this company sucks, nobody knows who does what and what the problem of a client is. They got a new management about 2-3 months ago, but it got worse because of that. The former employee at least knew what the problem was when you called, could do everything on his own and kept his promises.
It took me 4 months (!) to get my phone (properly) fixed. I paid almost $ 250. In that time, I had to call about 25 times and visited the shop over 5 times. When they first replaced the screen, it kept coming off, so they did not do a good job. When I went back, they just put superglue in it to fix it, but it still kept coming off and the layer of paint inside was damaged because of the superglue.
They also told me they had never fixed a Samsung Galaxy S6 before, which is strange, since it is quite a common phone.
When I started to get annoyed, because it had been so long, they promised me a discount. But of course, they did not keep their promise in the end, because I already paid (which they of course knew)!
So if you want to get your phone fixed by people with experience and who do not make a mess of it (for a lot of money), find another place to get it fixed!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Wendy C.Peachtree City, GA227Aug 17, 2017
Beware of Substandard Products! I had my screen replaced here less than a month ago and they were quick and easy to access. In less than a month, the screen cracked. I had my original iPhone screen for almost 4 years, and many drops, before it ever had a crack (it was a small one at that). I dropped this phone a distance of 2 feet onto a cushioned service and it totally shattered. I've heard of A LOT of local phone screen repair companies using substandard products that crack quickly, unfortunately this place uses those substandard products. When I went in to talk to them about the repair and requested a discounted repair, the kid behind the counter just looked at me blankly and stated corporate doesn't allow the to do anything. When I pushed more, I got a lot of "ummm", "uhhhh". Then said he could do $10 off. Needless to say, the customer service was terrible. He just kept staring like a deer in headlights and shrugging his shoulders. The supervisor in back was too busy chatting on the phone to com out and assist as well. So now I have to go to corporate to try and get the basic customer service this place doesn't seem to have. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place at all.
