The line here can get long and fairly chaotic but the food is delicious and fairly priced. Very friendly staff.

      5/5 experience.

      WOW, this place was packed!
This fish market is one of the places I miss now that I no longer work in Harlem. You can get steamed or fried seafood or you can buy your fish have it cleaned/fillet and take it home to prepare it yourself. They do a pretty good job here. I've only had the fried once or twice and it was okay but I prefer steamed. It's a fish market so if you are getting steamed or taking home to cook the fish is fresh you choose what you want and tell them how you want it.
It can get pretty busy in here especially on the weekends and it's not that big of a place so forget about personal space. If you're on the quite/shy side it may take you a while to get your order in.

I forgot to take a picture of my food, when I remembered it was to late!

I'm not sure about this place , I feel like a few times I order fried food something is a little off . I order fried shrimp (so good) and fried fish and the fish taste it it was old, I didn't get sick (food poison) but something was off , and this wasn't the first time . Their steam food I never had an issue , well it was this one time I felt like they didn't steam it long enough .. and I notice the guys that worked in the seafood spot on 132nd in Lenox are working in this spot (well that store did burn down) .. anyways the fish there are a little pricey ..

As a Harlem Native ... this is definitely a go to spot! the food is fresh and made with tender love and care for ALL budgets! I had the pleasure of being serviced by the owner Aziz... I love the fact that he works just as hard on the orders as his employees and is so gentle and humble! Five Star approved! Trust me I know good food in Harlem!

I can't say enough about this place.
Convenient location, great content, wide variety, healthy options, and great hrs.

When my bf tried to get me acclimated to his neighborhood this was one of the 1st places he took me. Love the food there. You pick your seafood of choice, add your sides and pay. The food is steamed or broiled and for a reasonable price.

We always get salmon broiled. I love to add sweet potatoes, carrots and broccoli to mine. Bae gets salmon with okras, potatoes, hot peppers and corn. Our bill is usually about $30 but so much better than any Red Lobster. It is so deliciousI never rememberto photograph 1st.

Say hi to Niyi ( the African guy behind the counter). Businesses create a neighborhood, the human connections make it a community. I love the spiritof the people of Harlem and the dynamic mixes of people .

Absolute greatness. Make sure you ask them to season if you are having it cooked there, and add some sauces!

Steamed Crab leg clusters with sweet potatoes, corn and broccoli in butter and garlic sauces seasoned with all seasonings.

When in the mood for some steamed seafood...this is my go to place.

The fish is fresh and the staff is pleasant. Sometimes it gets a little packed and the wait for your food can be a little long. Other then that...no complaints.

In expensive sea food. You can get more crab legs and sea food here. They are very nice and clean. Service is fast. This is the place where if you like to eat in your car or take your food home to lick off the old bay seasoning and that juicy greasy butter go for it.
Go all out. They will cook it for you. But take it home. It's good but messy. Ask for a lot of butter. Hey why not! Get a cold beer and go all out. Enjoy

been here several times in the past year and most recently, yesterday.
service is somewhat slow but food comes out delicious.
staff is usually friendly, especially yesterday's female worker (on the steam/fry side) with braids.
reasonably priced for the amount of food you get... except for okra (my fav) -- why is this jacked up to 2.50??
all veggies would be equally priced in my world.
