Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Some of the best chicken I've ever eaten and I've eaten a lot of chicken. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Service is fast. Old style restaurant. Nothing fancy. Go as you are. Order a lot from door dash from the restaurant. Always get it right.

Over cooked chicken and fake mashed potatoes was very bland. The staff were nice and the place was average with cleanliness.

Nice employees but the food was not edible. My chicken fingers tasted like they were basted in salt. The mash potatoes and gravy were not hot and the green beans looked like they had been cooking for a minute. We ended up leaving and going to McDonald's next door for just as much disappointment. My advice. Avoid this town for food if you're driving through.

Foods always great. Sevice is great too. Chicken strips and spicy jumbo dippers are our favorites.

Best darn fried chicken EVER (sorry, KFC, but it's true) the portions sizes are large and their sides are tasty too. Don't forget to try the chicken pot pie as I swear it's better than anything I have ever made at home or had out in any restaurant - a buttery, flaky crust atop creamy chicken and peas and carrot vegetable goodness. No lie, this savory pie rocks! Oh, and the livers are amazing too. Though the chain as a whole is great, this particular location is so convenient that we find the truck driving there almost on autopilot because the food is on par and the staff is so friendly.

If we're having a hankering for fried chicken, no question for us, it's Lee's in Stanford!

Stopped here because the Lees in Lancaster is doing renovations. After eating here I will make the drive from Lancaster to Stanford from now on. The chicken was delicious. The sides were perfect. We ordered the potato wedges which were fresh and cooked perfectly.

This is a really good place to eat. Everything I have ever had is delicious but the sides are a little small. I imagine the containers are a company standard size so that is beyond their control. Great service.

I give them a four star because their chicken is good, but they can't seem to differentiate the difference between BBQ sauce and Spicy Pepper. However, the big guy that works there has a heavy hand on the chicken dippers, and therefore you can really stuff your gut. It's also really clean inside.

Now don't get me wrong I love Harlan sanders secret recipe but must admit that lee's recipe is above the rest including the colonels taste.... Came here with my family as I live in California and found a crowded restaurant with that delicious odor of fried chicken and just whAt awaited me was a plethora of tastes home style goodness!!! Catfish fry, chicken, mashed potatoes,navy beans, sweet potatoes, coleslaw, desserts of all kinds .....wow!!!!! A precious gem of a place and well worth drive out from brodhead... Cost excellent for all you can grub down yer gullet...hehehehehe all thumbs up!!!
