Kevin is a really great guy he helped me with my multiple issues with a used car purchase that ended up being a total scam I bought a $60 k Lexus that I was lied to about being approved I was spot financed then on top of that they kept asking me for thousands of more dollars.

I had a problem with acquiring my license plates and title for a used E320 Mercedes Benz I bought from an independent car dealership. There apparently was a dispute over the fact that they had an expired smog check and did not want to pay for another one to have the car registered in my name. Immediately after purchasing the car I had to make several expensive repairs that ended up costing me almost as much as I paid for the car. When I talked to attorney Faulk I learned that in spite of the As-Is clause in the contract, the dealership was still responsible for providing me with a smog check and evidence of a clear title. I also became aware of the fact that there were certain lemon laws that protected me as buyer and that there were certain fines that were designed to compel the dealership to give me my license and title. The end result was that I got my plates and title and I even received compensation for the repairs I had to make. I even had an option to keep or return the car, which I decided to keep because I had put so much money into repairing it. Attorney Kevin Faulk essentially helped me to make lemonade out of a transaction that could have been a real lemon.

I hired Kevin to represent me in a case in which I wanted to return a car after purchase. The car dealership lied about a lot of things including being dodgy about the return policy while my query for return was in accordance with the return policy. My first time getting a lawyer after finding out that the Chevy Tahoe I own for 3 years the miles were incorrect. I came to find out when I try getting it as a down payment for a new car at a dealership. They ran a Carfax report telling me that they can't take my car. After walking out the dealership all disappointed I Google layer's that could help me with a "Lemon Law" first name and a brief re-search I came to find Mr.Faulk. Contacting him and telling him about my encounter with this major problem he agreed to help me but it will take time before he could find a solution and that started around 03/26/2020 around when the pandemic started and now 06/14/2021 a agreement with the bond company came to terms for a pay out money that I'm very satisfied.
