I love this shop and the piercers are top notch!

Erik has pierced my Rook, nostril, and helix, while AJ has pierced my industrial. All have healed beautifully.

I'd love to give this place a well deserved five stars off of the strength of their piercers, but I'm knocking a star off since they no longer take appointments. WALK IN ONLY.

I was turned away 3 times to downsize my nostril piercing because they were "at capacity" for the day. I understand that they are adjacent to the Claremont Colleges, so it seems like their demographic that they are seeking to attract. Meh.

I booked an appointment with a piercer that is in the same neighborhood as my job for a piercing change, and it was taken care of in less than 5 minutes.

I want to support Laughing Buddha, but until they start taking appointments again I don't have the time to drive there and get turned away.

Always clean. Never disappoints. Got Monroe piercing stretched (closed quickly without jewelry in) not the most pleasant feeling but it was done quickly & perfectly.

Very nice reception and piercer only stopped in to purchase some jewelry for a few of my piercings and they were so helpful and I love their selection of jewelry and all the jewelry is not screw on it just pushes in !!! Definitely will be back and recommend!!

I don't practice Santeria! I don't own a crystal ball! But listen when I tell ya, this Buddha has it all! I was shopping around for new jewelry and came across this little gem of a place that was located on the second floor of a corner plaza. They have a nice selection of unique pieces for different body parts that need dressing up. The shop has a cool chill vibe with a little incense flowing through the air. And if you're looking to get piercings they have comfy backrooms that are up to code so no worries on that. The staff is super friendly and they have a seating area. And that's a good thing in case you bring your roadies so they won't be bugging out. I picked up a couple of pieces for a good price and that is one of the benefits of shopping live instead of online where sometimes you have to return stuff because it doesn't look advertised. Booo!

There's a reason this place was busy on a Thursday afternoon. Because it is clean, the employees are professional, and the piercers do a great job. They also have a good selection of jewelry.

I got lucky when I arrived. There was only a few people before me. Therefore, I only had to wait about 30 minutes or so. The two ladies that arrived after me were told to come back in 45 minutes for their piercings. So, timing wise I lucked out for deciding to do this the day of.

I've been wanting the industrial ear piercing for a while. And I decided to finally go for it. Also, as of late, I have been missing my nose ring. I originally took it out because I couldn't have it for work. And ever since then I have been missing it. So went for it and got that one re-pierced. Yay lol While at Laughing Buddha Body Piercing, I got some titanium loops for my helix ear piercings too.

The industrial definitely hurt more than I was expecting. Yikes man. And it's two holes that have to be done one at a time. Hurt like a b*tch. lol Getting the nose re-done wasn't bad at all. My piercer was very clean and sterilized everything. He talked me through everything, so I knew what to expect and was very friendly/ down to earth. I felt a sense of trust with my piercer.

OMG!!! Vega was my piercer and did awesome!! it's like i didn't even feel it (not exaggerating either relax) if u wanna get a piercing you should def get it from here 100/10

Phenomenal! One of my daughters wanted a new industrial piercing and the other wanted her helix pierced so we thought we'd take advantage of the jewelry sale. First off, let me say that everyone is friendly and helpful, but Ellen was the person who was stuck with us and was AMAZING. When my daughter saw all the jewelry and told Ellen what she wanted, she ended up realizing she wanted a conch piercing instead. Ellen helped her find the right size jewelry by taking the time to hold each one up to the area so that we could all see what looked best. She then helped my daughter look for industrial piercings and when my daughter described what she was looking for, Ellen went through their inventory to see if they had something similar. When they didn't, she worked with my daughter and they custom ordered it all while infringing on her break time.

AJ was professional and terrific as usual and my daughter said it didn't hurt at all. I've been to other piercing establishments and I can honestly say Laughing Buddha is the best hands down.

The reviews for this place shock me because I have only had bad experiences! I'd never gotten piercings before and didn't know any better, sadly. When I got my septum done the jewelry I picked out ended up being defective when the piercer went to install it. Then, it turned out they had no more in the back so he went ahead and installed a bigger size without cleaning it or talking it through with me, assuring me it was "basically the same." Went home and couldn't flip it up, after a week of trying went to another piercer and found out that the piece was literally too big to fit inside my nose despite us having discussed beforehand that I needed to be able to do that. Ultimately it was ok and I got it changed but it was the way the piercer glossed over it completely to make the sale that really bothered me. Felt super unprofessional.

The second time I went here, thinking it was a one-off, the piercer (a different one this time) pierced my second and third lobes crooked on one side and didn't advise me to lay down. No other shop I've been to has pierced me sitting up and it hurt way more than usual.

The jewelry price-point is lower here so maybe it's just cheaper overall than the places I go to now, who knows.

Excellent and knowledgeable customer service 247! No matter the day, there's some really rad people at the front that are always more than happy to answer all your questions- and don't get me started about how awesome Airick is, always a lovely time at Laughing Buddah!

Piercer is amazing. The front desk women were so nice and helpful and reassuring. It was my first septum piercing. The only slight EH for me is simply the price of the jewelry which is required on top of the piercing price. So it was costly. However you get what you pay for and I did like the jewelry and the piercer was AMAZING. I LOVE the placement of my septum. They also included a bottle of saline spray so I really appreciated that.

A very good shop I would recommend they've always done right by me. I got my nose pierced and it's beautiful it has been pierced now for 7 years with no problems it healed perfectly.
If you run into any issues they are there for you to help you solve a problem.
