Lane Bryant

Visited looking for a few pieces to add to my business attire wardrobe. I love the Allie bootcut pants and also love the new patterns/colors they are coming out with! Service here was awesome. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and the very friendly lady helped me find what I was looking for along with showing me some other nice pieces. This is a nice size store with a lot to choose from. Make sure to watch out for deals and coupons, as you should never have to pay full price here!

This is a good store for customer service. They are always helpful and all I have to do is tell them what I am looking for and within seconds I have something to try on. Warning though, the last time I bought pants there the sizes were incorrect. When I showed the sales associate that a "new" size had been placed over the "old" size she explained that they had been cut small by the manufacturer. All 3 pairs of pants were like this. I didn't find this out until I had already purchased another pair of the same style pants online in the "wrong size". I would expect this sort of mismatched tags on other big name department stores but not at LB for the price of pants over $50.00 Be careful ladies, always try pants on and check the size label. It may be cut incorrectly and LB's way of fixing that is to just glue on a new size label over the incorrect one.

When I am in town I come by to check out clearance items. They usually have good deals since it is a stand alone store and they get a lot of merchandise.
The staff has always been friendly and incredibly helpful. I am a low maintenance customer but they have even offered to order and ship my purchases to my house for free since I live out of state.
The one thing that irks me about Lane Bryant is the hard sell with the phone # and texts and e-mails and blah blah blah. I just want to pay and go and if you are going to offer "deals", then just lower the price already. But I suppose most people like a "sale".
The store is well lit and laid out nicely. It is not cramped and you don't feel like you are in a maze. Half of the store is dedicated to cacique and the other half to clothing.

I received an email that my order was ready for pick up at the Mechanicsburg store. The store is very much out of my way, but the email stated to pick it up before July 31. I got to the store on July 20th only to find they had posted a note on their window stating that due to the high temperature they were closed for the day. I don't appreciate the fact that I made the effort to go out into the heat to pick up my order only to find that they arbitrarily left for the day.

Best shopping experience! The ladies were all fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond to help me put together a wardrobe for my upcoming trip. Thanks ladies!!

I have purchased items at this Lane Bryant before. Their customer service has been consistantly good. The clerks are solicitous but not pushy. They will call other locations if necessary to check inventory at other stores if you are looking for something they don't have your size in. My only complaint is that they really push you hard for your cell number. I don't mind getting some texts from a company about sales but I don't ant a deluge of texts. There should be a happy medium between informed and pushy. My experience tonight was very good. The clerk helped me to find what I was looking for. I was quickly in and out. Much appreciated during a holiday week!

I was always hesitant about going into this store because I've been on the website and the prices were too expensive for me, but I'm glad I finally went today! The ladies in there were SUPER awesome and the customer service they provided was the best I have ever had at any store. I ended up purchasing one regular priced bra (which the girl had me sign up for text coupons and that gave me $10 off) and two clearance bras that were $20 a piece but buy one get one 50% off. I ended up saving $76 and only spending $56! I definitely recommend this specific store because it was an overall great experience!
