Cute little shop - a perfect place for breakfast or lunch! My sister and I shared the warm green bowl and ham and cheese croissant and would totally order the same combo again! The salad was very filling and freshly made and the croissant sandwich was super flavorful and rich. The rose sangria was also light and refreshing with some fresh berries! Service was friendly and efficient! Open during COVID with at least small 5 tables set up outside.

This is my favorite place outside of Paris to have French bistro food, ambiance, music, and life. I practically live here.

We knew it must be an amazing place as it was full and people were lining up to get on waitlist. The restaurant is small, but they serve fast. The staff was welcoming amd still attentive even with so many people in tight space. That would the issue is the right space, but it worked and we could come back again.

The food items were well prepared and tasted good. I chose the croque madame and my husband had the French toast. We both enjoyed our meals. He said the orange juice was fresh.

The rest of the meal went well and the prices were reasonable.

We will visit again when we return to NY.

      Very cute little place!!!

"Real" french people, meaning, speaking french, not sure if the staff was really from France but it seemed like it!

Our server was great, very quick and attentive.

      The croissant was buttery heaven.

Such a cute restaurant! I sat outside with my dog, and there's an artificial grass rug - the perfect vibe! Servers are super friendly and attentive, they even brought some water for my dog.

I probably picked the most French things on the menu - a Croque Monsieur with Truffle Béchamel and Foie Gras. Both were absolutely delicious, and it looked so good the customers at the next table asked me what I ordered! Will definitely be back to try other things on the menu!

This is a really cute little French cafe. It's a small space but the menu and service is great and it feels like a nice little escape from NYC Fidi by just walking in the door.

We live nearby and regularly like to visit for a morning brunch and coffee - or to pick up fresh pastries. They don't take reservations, so if you want to enjoy this Parisian treat, get here a little early to put your name down and stroll around the neighborhood while you wait.

My favorite dish is the Brioche French toast which comes in two portion sizes, and is loaded with banana and blueberries. Sandwiches, cookies and coffee (cappucinos in large blue mugs) is really good quality too!

A tiny place in the heart of the Financial District of Lower Manhattan,
I was able to score a table in this cozy cafe. There were sidewalk tables, but were deemed too chilly on this damp day in February.

As is the case at many casual eateries, the menu is found on line where you place your order. The food is brought to you by wait service. Hmm, what if you don't have a smart phone?

The croque monsieur was rich, and as in French ways, very buttery. I enjoyed it.

Food: From what I have tried, their bread in general is really good. I had a sour dough bread sandwich (croque madame) and it was buttery and very tasty. They also have avocado toast, coconut chia pudding, French toast, etc. If I'm honest I really want to try their coconut chia pudding and their French toast - by the looks of it, seems delicious. Also, their coffee, I was impressed. Usually I get nervous about ordering coffee is some places bc the coffee doesn't always taste right (mainly watered down), but this place I must say the coffee was very good. True coffee taste and very well balanced with the oat milk.

Service: Everyone is super nice and attentive, no complaints.

Ambiance: It's super cute, but I must say it is small. When it's peak brunch time on the weekends, it can be a little crammed, but honestly I'd rather go somewhere that gets a lot of people than an empty space. Just fyi, if you don't like being in small places maybe- still go- just not during the most popular times. Overall, picture worthy and great spot to catch up with friends or a loved one.

Our breakfast at La Parisienne was one of the highlights of our trip to NYC. I will be dreaming about the croque madame with truffle bechamel sauce until our next visit! The ham and cheese croissant and the chicken salad (with pistachios!) on brioche were also fantastic.

We also got a coconut chia pudding bowl for our son who has food sensitivities and it was as delicious as it was beautiful. It arrived in a coconut shell! Even with his many diet restriction, he was able to have a tasty treat at a french bakery, so that was just an added bonus.
