Kung Fu Tea

i buy a lot from this place, the bubble tea is good and the time to wait, well it could get very busy but I don't mind. the employees so far have been nice and haven't had any problems with them.

now my issue is that Ive made an online order on November for about $50 but the order didn't have any of my toppings there for I wanted it to be cancelled and get a refund for it. I felt bad for the employees and for throwing away such a big order and my sister said that she wanted them anyways. so I went back and paid with a $50 dollar bill.
I went on a trip and while on the trip noticed that my refund was never placed back on my card. came back January and spoke to the employees and they said that the manager was going to call me, she never did. forward 3 months I'm back and I've asked what had happened with my refund that since I go there I wouldn't even mind store credit. the guy tells me that the manager said that they noticed that the bill that I had given them was fake. the guy took my email and told the manager was going to get in contact with me(again) and again she did not reached out to me.
so here is my issue; we all make sure our bills aren't fake, i believe. I've made sure mine wasn't and now I'm being told I gave them a fake. now why couldn't they make sure right there and then. I dont know about anyone else, this feeling.. for the first time I'm being told that I gave a fake like I'm a scammer. feeling shame when I shouldn't feel this way.

I popped in with kids I was watching because they really wanted the WOW milk w/ Oreos. Turns out, they were out of bubbles, and without the bubbles, they can't make it... but... milk, Oreos, and sugar... why the need for the bubbles?

Well, the staff was friendly and the store while cute with the little red seats and tables, I wasn't going to entertain kids for 25-30min before the next batch of bubbles would come out at 7:30p. So we ended up going down the street.

Their boba tea was good. I like the fact that it was not too sweet. Service was okay.

HAPPY NATIONAL BUBBLE TEA DAY!

I figured it was appropriate to start my review of Kung Fu Tea with that since today is April 30th (and NBTD was actually founded by KFT). The day is also its anniversary as a company, with this year being its 13th in operation.

Recently we've been on a boba kick and have been going to the Montclair location multiple times this month. I order through the app to earn points and check out deals.

My partner goes with Taro Mill Green Tea with 2x tapiocas and less ice. I try to order different things to try out because KFT has a variety of drinks - the milk teas, classics, punches, yogurts, coffees, teas, slushes - and a variety of toppings and ways to customize. The app makes it easy to customize.

Some drinks I liked are Winter Melon Mill Green Tea with Bubble, Rosehips Milk (Early Grey) Tea, Hot Taro Milk Tea with Bubble, Guava Black Tea with Crystal Bubble and Mango Jelly.

The shop is off of Bloomfield Ave. It's cute inside with an illustration wall and board games for customers staying there to hang out.

Kung Fu Tea has become our go-to. Highly recommended!

I've been to Kung Fu Tea at two different locations. I love bubble tea and this place doesn't disappoint. They make the tea quickly. My only complaint is that the second time, I asked for 0% sugar and they didn't honor that. I had no issues the first time though. If you want reduced sugar, be sure to double check the label. The tea is still good though

Service is understaffed and terrible!
I was told it was a 30 minute wait for a tea. I could dinner faster.
Don't waist your time at this location.

Hey management/owner get this store location in order. This store is disgustingly dirty, terrible trash music playing, employees honest about their lqck of knowledgein your product. The bathroom is without toilet paper or papertowels The floors are gross, tables sticky, I can keep going.

Always amazing tea from Kung Fu. I like this location, it's nice and convenient.

I usually always get some variation of a milk green tea with less sugar. I love getting it while it's still a little warm and fresh and mixing my ice in. Yummm. I love Kung Fu because of their huge menu. Whenever I wanna try something different I always come here. Always delicious.

They're taking all the safety precautions they should be and the workers are super friendly which makes ordering nice and easy.

Kung Fu Tea literally never lets me down - whether I'm visiting their Montclair location or their Fort Lee location, the drinks are always on point. This shop is narrow and a bit tiny, but still offers up some board games and seating for those who are interested. The staff here is super friendly and tend to offer up suggestions for those who are unsure of what to get. Which makes the ordering experience easy and convenient for those who are new to this type of experience.

Unlike smaller bubble tea shops the options you get here are AMAZING - extensive toppings, like popping bubbles (my FAVORITE), Fig Jelly, or traditional bubbles to name a few. The ability to customize the level of sweetness in your drink (which is HUGE - I hate when I feel like I'm just drinking juice because of how sweet some shops make my bubble tea).

Overall would revisit 10/10 and would bring friends.

This location is always great! They always get our order correct and it's ready when we order on the app on time. I do feel like they are always understaffed here. The workers always seem to be very busy and wearing multiple hats doing their very best to keep up with the crowd.
