Food always hot and fresh and the staff is amazing and always go out their way to make my order good

Food when i got it was OK, the one issue that stood out was the "Manager" on duty, turned out he was a Shift Leader making up policy as he went along, the order i placed was not to to complicated, and the rest of the staff when i went off his shift didn't mind doing it, had to call the main office the General manager was VERY helpful, and took care of my issue no idea if the Shift Leader was dealt with but i really hope he does, I'm not going to name drop, BUT go there when he is on and ask for the Double Cheese with NO middle bun and you will see who I'm talking about.

Food was cold and took 30 min for 2 people's order. Sadly this place just needs more employees to run better and it's not up to snuff. The counters were dirty and there was an odd smell to the whole dining room of old grease and grime.

OMG, stopped to get something quick to eat and ordered 4 Krystals. Meat not cooked throughly. Took food back and received no apology. Will never come here again. Doesn't even deserve a star. This establishment is going to get people sick.

Recently came here to get sone food before heading home. I was greeted with workers smoking pot in the parking lot (still 100% illegal in Tennessee), the lights on but nobody in the building and the doors locked. This was during hours where they only did drive through, so that's why it was locked, but the workers were just wasting space doing drugs instead of doing their literal only job, serving me the already shitty food. After maybe 8-10 minutes of waiting in silence, I pulled through from the drive through and saw the workers and asked why not serve me, and I'm completely serious one of their replies was "it's krystals n***a, what you expect." Ridiculous
Don't go here unless you want a headache and to not be served your food.

they had me waiting at the drive thur speaker for longer the 10 minutes before they answered me I called out hello 6 times no one said anything and they are rude there needs to be new employees and managers there i will never come back there ever again took forever to come to the window

I don't even know where to start . Had no drink choices , other than coke and sprit . Awful service . Had no sauces other than ketchup . New fries are terrifying . 1/5

Not friendly and it was 5 minutes before anyone would response on drive thru this afternoon at 1:10pm 10/16/22. We had to leave with no food since the order was incorrect for the vehicle in front of our family.

We love Krystal's but not today at this location with the staff.

It was terrible: the new fries are awful! I almost cried! please bring the old fries back!!!

What are the hours for this location??!! Frequently closed before 9PM on weekends. Sometimes they turn the lights out and sometimes they just let a line gather and wait thinking the place is open because all the lights, including the drive thru sign, are left on.
They are ALWAYS out of something and the ICEE machine works about 1 out of 10 time. Poor management, Poor service. ZERO STARS.
