Kronks Roadside

It took about 3 minutes to figure out, the last month of asking for help was over. We tried towing the d'amn thing. We tried every part, every mechanic mentioned....but today...Kronks rescued us in minutes. And, he answered questions with a smile. Told us what he was doing and ...wait for it...did what he said.

Unfortunately my car broke down again, FORTUNATELY i had the pleasure to use Kronks again, less than a month from my last time. This time Chris was the driver and he was just as friendly and easy going as my last time. Super friendly guy and nice to chat with, called and he was at my location within his time window about 25mins. Guess its safe to say i will use them again in the future if i need(hopefully not)

Super awesome service! Talked to Chris on the phone and was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I was in a time crunch and said they could have a truck there in 30 minutes. They were there in 15. Matt was there (most kick butt driver ever) waiting for me to get home to move another car. Should have been an easy job, but it wasn't. Just had to move a car from the street to the driveway. Well, with snow, ice, and a stupid neighbors tree he made it happen. Matt was very friendly got the job done and made sure I was happy with the placement of the car. Oh, the car doesn't move and/or roll adding to the challenge. Treated my car with respect to make sure no damage came to it. I will only use Kronks and will highly recommend. Really helped me in a pinch. Awesome customer service!
