This review is for the Amazon return employees. I returned two items that I purchased a week prior. I gave the employee both items, he gave me a receipt. I told him the items were purchased separately, two separate transactions and he said he was aware.
It's been 2 weeks and Amazon said they haven't received the second package. I called and spoke to an Amazon Kohls employee who said he would look for my package and call me back. I am giving them a five for one reason. I was in retail for 40+ years. I know what I see. The management team (maybe a corporate idea) moves the Amazon kiosk. Or most people call it a table. They move the returns location all over the stores. So you walk to the location it was two weeks ago and it's not there anymore. It's not on the bottom floor to the right now it's on the top floor to the left so you walk through the whole store to get to Amazon. Great retail.
The store was too clean and organized. That is a sign of not many customers.
They still have high prices. The suckers customers into sales. Same thing big 5 does. You can often get things cheaper other places.

I had to call out 3 times to find help. Finally someone from another department came over. Many items are not priced. But many of there little computer signs did not work..see pictures.
This is the time period that everyone has to use there $10 for every $50 you spent during the holidays.
But the scam is everything is buy one, get the second one at 1/2 price. But, everything is marked up. Some items above suggested retail. I also took three shavers to get a price, remember they use those signs. The signs where very confusing and I have 35 years of retail. I found a worker in shoes. He was talking to another worker. I watched at first they talked for a while. When I came up to him for prices. Instead of scanning them with the thing on his wrist. He sent me over to the price scanner. This is the worst Kohl's I have ever seen. See you all later. Skip this Kohl's

I originally I gave them one star. Today I had to go to the
jewelry department. My significant other lost a very small diamond chip out of her ring. I bought it 3 months ago. I was ready for a argument. They took away all my fun. One of the jewelry sales people told me to come in and since it was a small chip missing. We can exchange it or you can return it. I just wanted a exchange. Walked in. When she came over (2 min) she looked at the ring. Walked over to one of her cases. And came back with the same ring that was perfect. She was great. I will be buying my jewelry here. Much better then Macy's.

Thanks to Amazon no longer making it easy for Prime Members to return stuff at UPS store, I had to trek down to Kohl's in order to do what UPS store used to do. Even I was just a bit pissed off about internet companies changing rules everyday in the name of cost cutting and no longer focusing on customer experience, I was surprised that I did rather enjoy this detour. Never realized there were so many stores in Whittier with empty parking lots in the height of Christmas season. Retail brick and mortar stores shall become relics of an era gone by, we should just let them die gracefully instead of desperately clinching to the tiny chance it'll be okay.

I frequent this store often. I find it to be a pleasant shop experience overall. The regular employee staff are patient and helpful at registers, both with purchases and returns. The Sephora staff has been satisfactory. This is also my preferred Amazon return store and contrary to prior comments, the staff working Amazon returns are attentive and quick with the process. The store is orderly and neat, and bathrooms are kept clean. Parking access is good. I'm quite the observer, and the above is my honest feedback. Happy Holidays!

Employees working Amazon returns are very rude and impatient. Talking loudly and making fun of customers. I returned a item received the confirmation receipt and item was never processed as being returned. I don't know what happened to that item once it was handed to employee. Very unprofessional. It's 11:00 am a week before school starts for kids and with all their craptacular sales, it's packed with one dressing room open in the whole store. There is no personnel on the second floor and it looks like turbado hit. No wonder this store is filing for bankruptcy.

Kohl's staff Whittier gets a big thumbs up! They were very attentive and knowledgable about product lines offering various price and feature options along with the option to make an independent choice no high sales pressure just assistance aimed at providing customer product satisfaction results. I look forward to going back.

Absolutely worst location to return and or pickup an online order. First of all the lines are different. You can't return and pickup at customer service, at least during the holidays you can't. So I waited 26 minutes to return something while 2 sloth like workers helped a line wrapped around the men's department. Then I had to go wait in another line to pick up my item I ordered online. When I asked why, they said it makes things more efficient, uhm for WHO? Obviously not the customers. Because efficient would be to be able to do both at the same time after waiting in the same line. La Habra does it and guess what, the line is never ever wrapped around any department. At La Habra I was in an out in no time, isn't that what the online ordering experience is supposed to be? Go to La Habra, this location is a JOKE

Specifically the Amazon drop off location. Those men and women are always hustling and always so patient and helpful with me. I shop at kohl's after my Amazon return just because of my pleasant experience.

Store environment and cleanliness is above expectations for Covid-19. Plenty of deals going on right now since we have back to school coming up soon. Store employees are cleaning in between customers thank you so much! Also this location is a smaller store vs the traditional ones that I've been too. Store employees were all friendly and helpful!
