Kohl's

Lil Spivey just spent way too much of his precious ass time at Kohls and he has some questions! What the hell is Kohl's? Seriously. What is kohl's? Is it an upscale JC Penny's? A low-budget Macy's? What?

Know what? Kohl's has an identity crisis. These murfracks don't know what kind of store they wanna be. Their prices are stupid high. A no name ass Henley sells for 30 dollars. A plain white t-shirt, 12 dollars. A pair of men's knock off hipster boots, 70 dollars. Lil Spivey ain't cool wit deez prices.

Ohhhhh... but you see, those aren't the prices for everyone. Only frequent kohls ass shoppers get good deals. Lil Spivey doesn't get good prices at Kohls ass.

If you're lucky you might hit one of their forever sales. Yeah, they have a continuous sale. It never ends. But it's a stupid ass sale!!!

Now you're all like, Lil Spivey, what in hell is wrong with you? Sales are a good thing! Well, they certainly can be. But not at Kohl's! Their sale prices are about the same as Targets regular prices. Oh and the Kohl's bucks--if you go to Kohl's and you ain't have Kohl's bucks, you're paying way dim damn too much for non-name brand bizzle! I'm not saying Levi's, Nike and dim damn Vera Wang ain't name brand--but they sell a lot of house brands that are over priced. Lil Spivey doesn't want to buy yo Apt. 9 or stupid ass Helix and how bout dat Skeletor lookn mufracka Mark Anthony's riggity rags!!?? They be selln for the same price Lil Spivey can buy some Penguin shirts at Macy's for. I mean--what the hell Kohl's! That ain't right! Don't be tryin to rip off Lil Spivey! Lil Spivey works damn hard for his duckets.

They might be some good things. I have to think on it though. Know what? Returns are easy as a liberal arts degree. And Lil Spivey knows liberal arts. Those returns ladies is super nice. Too nice for dim damn kohl's. Oh and the facilities. Clean and clean. My cousin Lester says it's the dim damn cleanest potty in Sparks. And Lester would know. He has IBS. Seriously, IBS ain't no murfrackn joke.

Checking out at Kohl's is ridiculosity. When Lil Spivey got in line he done waited and waited.. then some folks rolled up and made their own goddamned line and no one said sh*t! Except Lil Spivey. And who do you think got the dim damn evil eye from the check out ladies. I'll give you a hint... it was dim damn Lil Spivey and he didn't appreciate that sh*t in the least!

So unless you roll up walkn heavy like Jay-Z with Kohl's scrilla and that little computer tag is working in your favor--don't expect to save a damn thing. Not a damn thing!

Oh and the credit cards! Every gotttdamn time. Shoot... my Grandmama won't even step into Kohl's because she doesn't want people asking her repeatedly if she have a Kohl's credit card. She do! She already do!

Other than that I guess they have a good selection and what nots.

Stopped into Kohls a few weeks back looking for a superwoman shirt to fit the theme of a brunch I was hosting. Long behold there was only Superman options so I made it work.

I was helped by Ms.Beth. She was super helpful, sweet, and was able the get me signed up for the rewards program with Kohls and Sephora. Saving a coin is my middle name! I'm a little blah about signing up for things in store because I'm just so uninterested at times, but Ms. Beth was not pushy explained the benefits and even though I don't shop at Kohls often she recommended I start as they have some nice items, which they did. Overall, my visit was smooth and a great experience. The store was clean, organized, and I even saved a few dollars on my purchase. Thank you Ms.Beth for being a great team member and assisting me!

Kohls in Sparks is a fantastic and fabulous wonderland of shopping. We came in to buy a new pan and Kerig coffee maker and left with so many beautiful clothes, cat toys and Christmas gifts. I bought my new kitty Banyon a large cat house that I have to build. He is going to go crazy with happiness.

The selection at Kohls in Sparks was incredible, from toys, Christmas ornaments, blankets and beautiful Nine West Sequin suits, blouses and Vera Wang lounge wear.
The quality and sizing make a shopper like me, so happy.
I found clothing in my sizes and most everything is on sale. Mom and I both felt overjoyed on our shopping treasures: This made my shopping trip so memorable with my Mom.

Checking out, our Five Star Cashier named Sol, so beautifully and carefully wrapped and bagged our new clothing, loungewear, cat toys and holiday ornaments with love and care. This meant so much to us. Cashier Sol showed us how much she cared by bagging our items the way we asked. Wow! So beautifully bagged with love.

Thank you to Assistant Store Manager Stephanie for outstanding organization and helping Sol, hang, wrap, bag and organize our beautiful new items.
Mom had her bags and I had mine. My suit Sequin Suits were in hanging bags and handled with care. I'm so proud of my new suits. Thank you Sol & Stephanie for 5 Star Customer Service and the care you both showed us. This was a fabulous and outstanding Kohls Christmas

Sad to say, kohls has gone downhill. I'm shopping there less and less and after my last experience maybe never again. Checking out takes a very long time. One line and hardly ever see enough people to check out. Last time was one person, 5-10 mins per person if you're lucky. Only one fitting room on one side of the store. Good luck if you're on the other side. Why can't they open the other one? Prices were a great incentive. After buying my teenage son 1 pair of pants, shoes and a shirt with discount, was $125. I always have a hard time finding the sizes available, it seems to never have complete sizes. It seems they are low on inventory. I hope they do better. I like the location.

I went to Khol's today for the first time in over a year. Same thing as a year ago, high prices, poor selection, a long line with only 1 cashier. It reminds me of the old Sears, just cleaner. I think Walmart next door has better selection and much better prices. The parking is awful, all the close places are reserved or for handicap and there were only a few being used.

Kohls used to be affordable , when kohls Cash is redeemed none very few items are on sale.

These people are lazy and rude. The customer service person working on Sept 8th at 3:20pm made everyone wait (large line) while she screwed around behind the desk, chatting with co-workers, doing everything but taking care of the people there with service issues. Avoid this place at all costs!

I went to your store today and let me tell you it was the best service I ever had at kolhs we were greeted as we went in there were employees were very helpful they approached us and we so nice and friendly also the checker was very sweet you have awesome employees

Kohl's seems to be handling this covid crises pretty well. They have hand sanitizer stations set up near the entrance, all staff and customers wear masks, they've closed the fitting rooms, and they've extended their return policy.

This visit, I needed to return a shirt that ended up not fitting and it was a painless process. The return counter is on the right side of the store near the back. I simply showed my slip and the funds were automatically put back into my Kohl's credit card as a statement credit.

We ended buying a few things while here and while the checkout process took longer than expected, it was understandable given that they're wiping down the counters and credit card readers after each customer. Employees were great as well.

This Kohl's is in NW Reno. I recently had a knee replacement so I'm really not walking much. I went to the store in NW Reno to buy some men's shorts. I parked near the entrance to where the Men's section is only to find I had to walk down to the other entrance, go in then walk all the way back to other entrance to shop. I'm not a big fan of Kohl since 99% of the time I shop here they don't have my size. I find they either only order small sizes or not enough of the larger size and it sells out fast. I'm not a big person but I am bigger than a 30 inch waist. I hope that they have pants in my size at least one pair so I can try them on and make sure they fit, then I order them online to get a color i want. And they were true to form and I had to search to find one pair that fit me in the style I wanted and try them on.

I cannot see a reason now for one of the two entrances to be close except maybe they short staffed, although they did have two cashiers just standing around talking. I think their buyer(s) needs to realize not everyone has a size 30 or 32 waist and order more of the larger sizes. And it's situations like this that more and more people are buying their clothes online, simply because the product isn't available in the stores for them to shop.

I love the fact that you can combine coupons and sale to get a heck of a bargain.

Went in to purchase cotton towels. Got some very expensive towels for a very inexpensive price. Luxury in towels! I love that I can save so much money.

Plus the customer service here ROCKS!!
