Kim's nail & spa

I've been going here for pedicures for a little over a year. My husband and daughter also get their pedicures done as well. My pedicure last at least 5 weeks. Honestly that's how often I go in the winter. In the summertime I do go every three weeks just because I were sandals the second it gets warm. Kim can be a little serious but she's very sweet once you get familiar with her. All of the ladies there do an amazing job. I'll try to remember to do a pic before I get them done again. Mind you. I'm extremely unkind when it comes to my cuticles not being cut up but all of the dead cells removed. Lol. Was feeling like a golden girl reason for the color.

With the hustle and bustle of city life, coming back to LI to visit family I am always excited to book an appointment at Kim's diverse and simple salon.

Kim offers a quiet and relaxed refuge from commuter life with a professional, convenient, and clean salon for customers. I've loved seeing so many different and familiar faces in the salon over the years. Kim is so kind to all of her customers no matter where they come from she treats them like royalty.

I have been going to Kim for over 10 years and I have always loved the work I've had done from nails to waxing and massages; every service exceeds satisfaction. Amazing friendly staff and Kim has become a personal friend of mine. She is so cute, genuine, and sweet.

I received a manicure and pedicure on numerous occasions and they provided good service . Lico and Coco are very attentive and professional.

While everyone working here is super sweet and you can always get an appointment, I feel like unfortunately the quality is not up to par. This is the second person I've tried for a pedicure and both times the massage was painful (I paid for extra massage time) and the pedicure was not good. I made it clear that I was uncomfortable during the massage but that did not help at all. I feel like she didn't care that I was clearly in pain and yanking my feet away. Also the pedicure was clearly messy and she didn't bother to clean it up. I wanted so badly to like this place because I live so close but it's just not worth it.

I went there one time and it will be my last! I got a brand new set of tips done. Two days later one of the tips cracked in the middle and then just broke off. I wasn't even doing anything rough for that to happen. About four hours later another tip just broke off. Within two days after that as I was doing some paperwork another tip came off! The day after that ANOTHER tip is about to come off!! This is all FIVE DAYS after i got them done! Several of my other nails keep getting snagged on everything I touch. This is absolutely the WORST place I've ever been to and I've been getting my nails done for about 28 years. I was going to go back and have them fix it but they did a horrible job the first time, why would I go back. I'm just going somewhere else and get them all redone the right way. I think the tips are cheap because the ones that haven't just broken off completely are cracking. This is THE WORST manicure I have ever had!!

Im not a regular and this was my first time at this nail salon. This place was very clean and the employees were nice but my nails look like I did them myself. I got a mani and pedi and it was $31. I'm not a nail expert but they didn't use a base coat before actually applying the polish and I think my nails look messy almost like she rushed to finish. I know the nail salons are busy especially now but you should rush through clients to get to the next one.

I have heard this place to display racism. This is the 2nd time I witnessed the salon to show how racist they are. The first time I came here I asked to use the restroom. I advised I was getting a pedicure. At first they told me no. I said to them Im going to pay you provide service and I'm not able to use the restroom. I was ticked off I thank them for the restroom use and walked out. Today I waked in for an abdomen wax for my first time they said they're not going to be able to wax me for 1hr. Three ladies in there are Caucasian: 1 getting their feet done, 1 manicure and the other get tips. Kim the owner expresses noooooo not able to do my wax for a very long time as if my money isn't good enough. I tip very well Please tell me where is that I have to wait for 1 hr. I was only trying to stall a bit before my next appointment. I waited just to show her I can kill her with kindness. A mom and daughter arrived she told her 30 mins. They didn't get the treatment I received. I advised I felt humiliated for the I was treated and it's my 1st visit. I was advised the owner is usually very moody. To be moody and be in the public eye dealing with a range of people in customer service shouldn't be her ideal job. I was thinking whether I should take my services else where or show her I'm above her. Kim advised she would do my wax I was hesitant because of the way I was treated. She took me in the back and apologize, I felt a bit at ease, and but I shouldn't have felt the way I did from the beginning. I gave 1 Star because of the customer service I received from the beginning and that's being nice. The waxing experience was less painful than I thought. It dawned on me all I have been going through is deeply ingrained in our day just as it was in Jesus's day. He conquered with love and humility. I wasn't enraged by I was mortified and I had to make my feelings known because I am human with feelings.

This is the best nail Salon I've ever been to, not one of them.I really like green tea Spa.This is a place where I feel super relaxed.I love it
