Best gym! Can't believe a gym this nice can be found on an island! Better than most gyms back in LA. Fantastic atmosphere, clean workout facilities with brand new equipment. Excellent way to stay in shape while on vacation. A+ so happy to know this gym is here. Great staff too.

I am so grateful to the owner Josh for creating another workout option for us on an island that would otherwise be void of a gym. Not only did he provide us a gym he went above and beyond and created a beautiful boutique style gym with excellent equipment that is kept immaculately clean. I prefer Phys Ed over my gyms on the mainland. I also am super impressed with the calibre of legit trainers here!

I was here in Princeville for a week and I worked out here for five days (14 min drive). Very clean, organized, and everything you need for a great workout for all levels. I'd be a full time member here if I lived here.

My wife and I wanted to keep our workout schedule intact while on vacation in Kauai. Our Airbnb host recommended Kilauea Phys Ed. Our first impression is that the gym is bigger than we expected, with all the weights and equipment we could ask for. It is also clean and well-organized. People who use the gym wipe down a machine or weights when they're done using it. Everything in the gym is well-maintained. After two visits there, all equipment has been up and working properly. The bathrooms are spotless.

On our first visit there we met and chatted with the owner (Josh) and one of his team members (Joy). They were completely welcoming as were others at the gym. We each bought a seven-day membership for $99.00.

Lastly, the location in Kilauea works well for us. We stopped in the grocery store (next door) after our workout to pick up a few things and then headed across the street to Sushigirl for some Ha'ena before heading back to our Airbnb.

We highly recommend Kilauea Phys Ed if you're looking for a great place to stay in shape during your Kauai vacation.

Echoing other reviews. We didn't want to fall off track with our workout routines while away on vacation for a week. We are staying in nearby Princeville. It was $99 for a week pass - so reasonable. The gym is perfect, beautiful, and clean and has everything you need! Highly recommend!

Awesome gym. Got a week long membership while on vacation in nearby Princeville. Gym was new, clean, air-conditioned, and had tons of cardio and weightlifting equipment. Opens early, too. Grateful to have had access to a place like this.

Clean, newer equipment and nice staff! BUT $100 for a week x 2, OUCH! LOL
