We are a military family coming from San Diego, CA. We arrived at Dallas and visited 15 daycares in the area. Most were lackadaisical in both hygiene and curriculum. I didn't want to get something too cheap nor something astronomical for a budget. In California, my mother had watched my son full time which meant my son would have a difficult transition into daycare. Child creek met my budget and health/cleanliness standards. Here the teachers really catered to our son. He would cry and say "skool" when we would leave, and wouldn't hesitate to socialize with his mates at first glance. I really loved that they were so attentive. They would also send a daily note home with him everyday telling us of his progress. He's 2 and can identify 15 colors, he communicates better and can count to 5. To me that is a school that does more than just babysit.

We have loved Kids Kampus Preschool in Justin! Our son started after we moved from NC and this place made the transition a little easier for our boy! He absolutely adores Ms. Terri! I love hearing about the cool lessons he has learned. The app they use is amazing - pictures from activities the kids do, reminders, notes about our son's day. Has been a great experience!

If this is how you want to pick up your kids go ahead and enroll them! Oh don't forget the scratched corneas, nurses elbow, broken tooth, broken collar bone and the list goes on!
Teachers change often, kids mixed together not separated by age groups often because of staff issues. The director is rude, the owners are weird and all together bad experience!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mary S.Rhome, TX384164Jul 9, 2019Updated review
Update to previous review. The staff was ALWAYS really nice and all, and made us feel special for a few months, but then it was hard to keep up with who my child's teachers were. There was a LOT of turnover. I'm not exaggerating when I say we had at least a different teacher per month. It created an uneasy and inconsistent environment. The class sizes also grew to sizes that were basically at legal capacity.
And as for consistency, our son learned about biting, and we were assured the school would help us work through it with him. We were told they would not be kicking our family out because of it. They told us that they would keep a special eye on him and would correct him immediately as an incident might occur. Amidst the inconsistency of the teachers, nobody seemed able to help him out. We got reports home that the teachers would "turn around and then he had bitten a friend." The class sizes, I believe, were to blame for the lack of attention. He never bit at home which made it impossible for us to do anything to prevent it. (Our child was 18 months at the time.) Anyway, we had assurance after assurance that they could fix the problem and that things were normal, but one rough week I got a phone call and was told to pick him up and that the following day would be his last day at the daycare.
Long story short, we were told we had to leave after being told we would not have to. It's been a few months since then and I'm told they are under different management, but that there is still inconsistency among teaching staff.
Yes, they're a good price and kind to your face for the most part. On the other hand, you do get what you pay for.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Nov 9, 2018Previous reviewMy husband and I (like the other review) moved out here after he finished military service in California. We were looking for a decently priced, good quality daycare that we would be able to send our baby to. He was 7 months old when he started there and since then he's been thriving! The teachers really do make sure to pay special attention to each child and track each of their needs. He's learning new things daily at Kid's Kampus! Our little man loves going to school! It's such a relief as new parents to find good quality childcare for a reasonable price that also upholds excellent standards in hygiene and staffing. Also all of the meals they serve they make from scratch! Love this place and we are so happy to be here.

Ever since the owner took over, this has been the worst place to take your kids. She talks very unprofessional and says I'm the owner for everything!!!! The place is not clean and they leave the kids on there own all the time
