KFC

Went to KFC today ( on Acushnet Ave. New Bedford ) hadn't been there for a while and won't be going back anytime soon. The 8 piece strip with Lg potato and coleslaw /with 4 biscuits came to a little over $30.00 dollars!!!! absurd .
Now I had always been a big fan of KFC's slaw but today's was awful , very liquidly and had some sort of bleaching taste to it had to throw that out . Chicken seemed to lack the same old flavor from days of old ...in short won't be going back .
KFC get on the ball and get back to what made you famous .

All month I've been seeing the $3.99 chicken sandwiches. Abner and I stopped in after hair appointments. We were charged $4.99 each (we got 2). When we questioned this, we were told this store is franchise owned and the owner doesn't necessarily follow KFC National campaigns. Ridiculous. Although we both enjoyed our sandwich, I am likely not to return, no matter how enticing the product and price.

In addition, when I went on Yelp to find this, your location showed up on the map. When I click on it, another window pops up advertising the $3.99 chicken. Seriously? Is the extra dollar per sandwich worth losing repeat customers?

The 2 star-rating isn't because of the sandwich, the poor rating is due to the dishonesty.

I order on the app and went in after a few to pick up my order they made me wait because supposedly my order wasn't ready but it was I waited 20 minutes then I went thru the drive thru and tell them I was picking up and they said is not ready they are making it I said to them they told me that like 20 minutes ago inside then a women spoke and said is not ready and for that you still have to come inside I told them I was inside for 20 min then another women spoke and said " Idiot" to me when I went inside my food was even cold so it had to be made for over 25 min and they still made me wait why made me wait when my order is already made racist

I was recently visiting family from Cali and stopped in to this kfc 20 minutes before closing. Tried a digital coupon on the app (yes I love kfc) but could not place the order. Went in and ask if they could honor the $30 digital coupon she said no. OK no issue, so I bought the same meal for $45. I asked to "up charge" and pay extra for more breats, she replied: "No changes" I asked why not, I am paying full price and you still taking orders. I then offered to wait if they were short on chicken. Again she said NO. I asked if they had a policy on order adjustments based on time, like the coupons--she said no, "I just can't do it." Wow, what a novel idea, because I said so." As for the order, the prep was terrible, no skin on the breasts? Taste was typical fkc, service -1. Very rude employee, I think she was the manager, she needs to be trained. I ate kfc twice more on my trip, drove a distance...went to Popeye's which I rate as a 5 both in customer service and quality.

Stay away from this place.

I'm giving 3 stars but it's not a bad 3 stars , 1 star would mean awful 5 stars would mean perfect and 3 means they've done the right stuff but have had a few things wrong , first I wanna say the management has allways corrected their wrongs when they've been wrong and I highly appreciate that and never stress when I do find an issue because I know they'll fix it , and I also wanna recognize katelynn the manager for taking care of me tonight in their mistake of forgetting an item she instantly asked how can she make things better for their mistake and my inconvenience and she made sure my drive back was worth it ! The workers have allways been nice to me and polite with good customer service including the ones from tonight tuesday may 4th 2021 at around 8:45. They did only have half original and half crunchy but that was fine . And sometimes my fries or other items mistakenly get put sideways or upside down . But truthfully all the foods been what I would expect from KFC nothing super fancy but a good meal for when you dont wanna cook .I'll keep using this kfc.

This place needs better customer service smh ...every time I come through the drive thru i get a bad service

The place is newly renovated which made me want to go inside. The employees are great and hardworking. If you're looking for a good quality place for chicken come here!

Ordered extra crispy bucket special ..... gave 2 mash, 1 gravy and a cole slaw.... plus 2 Large mac & cheese. Bet not too many people know that you can ask for buns v.s. the dry biscuits. Anyways....... everything tasted good including the chicken....... buns not exactly fresh tasting. Ordered via drive thru. Girl at window had an attitude when I asked for buns (which was my fault ..... I should have asked when I placed the order. ) But when I asked for plates, she comented she was running out so could only give me a few. I doubt they were running low..... and anyways, I wont ask for them again. The plates were "Styrofoam" plates..... horrible for the environment. Years ago I can remember they used to give a little prepackaged moist wipe, and forks. Its not like I was going on a picnic ........ but one of the points of ordering out is not to have to do dishes. Anyways, because of her being a bit fresh and annoyed....... and the styrafoam plates ...... I am not a fan.

The chicken at this place was not crispy at all. The cole slaw and potatoes were good. I was really disappointed with the chicken though. I've had better frozen chicken from a box.
