Always get my hair done with Kat she's awesome. Always leaves my hair looking like a million dollars and feeling like it. I never deal with over damaged hair or breakage after dying my hair. She's taken me from super blonde back to natural. I also love Nicole she gives the best cuts and listens to what I'm looking for with this duo you can't go wrong.

I had an appointment with Chelsea the other day & I'm super happy with how my hair came out! Exactly what I asked for. The whole team was so sweet and the service was way more affordable than other salons I've been to. Would definitely recommend

I started going to this salon after a coworker of mine posted they were giving away free deep conditioning and blow for Nurses Week! I needed a new colorist so made an appointment with Katherine! And I absolutely love her, and this salon! I always wanted to go very light, platinum blonde and she helped me get there. She educated me on how to properly care for my hair, and which products to use. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous with the light blonde but now that I've gotten used to it, I love it!

I started going to Katherine Jon Salon about two years ago. A friend recommended them - Her hair always looks great! My daughter and I started seeing Katherine, one of the stylists. She is amazing! She has done our color and cuts for the past two years. The salon is professional and the products they offer are amazing! The products really have transformed my hair. You can't go wrong.

Here we go. The stylist I went to went off on maternity leave so I went back to the beginning, to Katherine Jon salon. This time I brought my 23 yr old son with me. He was in desperate need (as is long greasy looking locks) need of a haircut and style. Well beautiful Nicole took him off for a consultation where they talked about likes a &dislikes and she came up with a style that suited him perfectly. She did such an edgy hip and awesome job. Honestly have not seen him look so happy with his hair since he was little. Kudos to Nicole. Now for me I had Brittney and what. Fabulous cut she gave me. Exactly what I was looking for bravo Brittney !! I cannot recommend this salon enough. I guaranty you will be pleased. The stylists all are highly trained and professional. The staff amazing and friendly. The hot towel treatment and head massage top notch. BRAVO to Katherine Jon salon

I decided to come here after moving to the area recently. Marina was incredible and did the most amazing job washing my hair and massaging my head. Katherine did my haircut and did a beautiful job. I only get a simple cut but she was kind, attentive, and really cares to give me the exact cut I wanted. When I left my hair felt so healthy and weightless. All staff was incredibly kind and the salon was extremely clean. I highly recommend giving them a try!

So I offered some criticism and apparently they can not and will not tolerate it. Instead of taking a negative honest review as challenge and prove me wrong I was told "I can no longer be your hair dresser". In my opinion its extremely immature, unprofessional, and childish. She did something I never have done before in my life and im finding styling a bit of a challenge and waking up every morning look like crap every day so I asked for advice since she the one works in the field and she the expert. Being treated like she couldn't be bothered or cared as certainly pushed me away. Like I have given a ton of breaks but now since she doesn't want me to her client because she wants to be childish because I wrote honest negative review. Like example I made an appointment once and she reached out the day before once to reschedule my entire day so she go with a couple of her fellow employees to go to city to a another salon but not offer me anything in return and make me come in a different time that I had to rebook things that I did for her because I enjoyed her work on her and at that time I didn't believe it was the time to start a fight. Also like her constant working on other clients as she work on me drive me absolutely crazy because if im scheduling an appointment I want the person who working on me complete attention and not be separated on other people. If its a problem with time you control your schedule give yourself more time. I have felt many times I was cheated out of my time for other people to point I stop coming on time because I could show up and still waited for her to get done with previous appointment which is disrespectful to me I feel like they don't care. Also I been told so many times I have to take my next client I need you to wait over there until im ready for you to be washed I wanted to say so many times ok then I would like to leave then instead sitting like an idiot feeling completely judged. She randomly walked away I be myself for a long time feeling like abandoned and dumb and humiliated because sitting in a chair with dye in it no one there I felt like an idiot just waiting or meant to be like a dog waiting for there owner to get back. It's small things I see pass because I enjoy her and her work but if she gonna be rude and disrepectful to me because I asked for help with her post work I don't think is to much to ask for in my opinion. I asked can we talk because im honestly unhappy and she like nope you wrote a bad review I cant see you or be your hairdresser in the future and I can recommend someone else. Like if your gonna say that instead taking as a challenge to reverse into a positive review and show me wrong is the better way to do it. I once love this place but Unfortuenly Chelsea doesn't know how to take honest criticism in a constructive way. I wanted her to be hair dresser but Chelsea as chosen to selfish and not wanting to be a professional. I

This salon is VIP. As a cancer patient they did everything so privately and so compassionate. And helped me with my wigs. I wished I knew how great they were years ago. I highly recommend this salon

Just wanted to say what a great experience I have had at this salon with everyone who works there but especially my hairdresser Chelsea. She is the sweetest thing and addressed all my hair needs ( I have OCD when it comes to my hair lol). She is so talented with both color and cut. I used to travel an hour from my house to get my hair done but thanks to Chelsea and the whole staff at Katherine Jon I know longer have too :)

$75 for a haircut and they talk you into having a deep conditioning treatment that actually made my hair drier. The girl who cut my hair did a fantastic job but the haircut itself was overpriced along with the unnecessary deep conditioning treatment. I was told new customers got 20% off and then when I went to pay the owner said it was 15% off for new clients. Kinda rude. It just seemed they were pushing all these products on me at check out and looking to rack up a huge bill. I walked out of there paying nearly a $100 for just a haircut. What a great way to lose a customer. No thanks. I would never go back.
