Kana'i's Junk Removal

We dealt with them to get a dumpster for a big yard cleaning project. They were fast at communicating, and we were happy with the service. It takes a while to pick it up because it depends on the long lines at the dump. But this company provides great service and I would recommend them to anyone needing a dumpster rental.

Amazing service. They accommodated my busy schedule. Went the extra mile to figure out a safe way to remove a heavy old hot water heater without damaging my deck and stairs. Very friendly professional employees. Fair price. I would absolutely use them again!

Rating based on their customer service, very professional, answered my questions honestly. Unfortunately our project was not affordable for us. They provided valuable information to determine our next move as to what to do. Our contact with them from the phone calls to them coming to give us a estimate was well worth inquiring about their service.
I shared with them their commercial on TV prompted me to call. We did end up ordering the use of one of their rolloff container.

Very courteous young men, came in gave a reasonable estimate and removed all items from both locations quickly & cleaned up the area after they were done. Thank you much, one less thing we have to worry about and what would've taken us 5-6 trips to the dump it was gone in an hour!! Will definitely use their services in the future!!

We flew in from California to help my elderly mother-in-law clean up her deceased sister's condo, and we needed it done fast.

Kana'i not only had among the most reasonable quotes, but also that they're very responsive and prompt with the appointments. My wife's aunt kept quite a lot of stuff in her condo, and Kana'i team was able to demolish 3 sets of cabinets, remove 3 and a half huge truck loads of trash, and separate another truck load of items that we asked them to keep or donate within a day and a half. They also located a number of document boxes/safe that we couldn't find for us.

Kana'i and Brooks are hands-on bosses who are hard working, very easy going, and good to do business with. They're also careful in cleaning-up afterwards so that our condo manager would not be upset. Some other companies gave us a quote that turned out to be way over in yardage and price. Kana'i's estimate was right on and very fair in the end.

Highly recommend Kana'i for any small or big jobs!

Didn't go with this business as I couldn't get any sort of pricing estimate or even pricing information. I understand they can't know the price until they see the things first hand (I sent a picture in chat) or put it on the truck. But to me that doesn't give me an option to work with my timeline and budget if I can't afford the price they give once there. Also I'd appreciate a general idea on the pricing based on the percentage of the truck my things take up like most others do so I can get an idea potentially.

However, they were responsive and seemed to have a decent base rate and good customer service.

Saved me when I was in a bind due to a Facebook market place not showing up to take my couch. We're able to squeeze me in. Honest about price upfront.

Without sounding too dramatic, I just wanted to extend my heartfelt mahalo to Rodman, Kasey,Brandon, Makana & Brooks. They all went beyond their usual duties. Two big boxes were left behind 4days ago! I called and let them know about it. They were sooo good & picked it up and very apologetic about it! OMG!! I'm just so grateful that they came back n picked it up without giving me a hard time. Thank you so much Rodman, Kasey, Brooks and the entire crew! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! What a great company to deal with. Messaged them on a Thursday and they were able to schedule me the very next day. I had a huge window AC that was just too heavy for my wife and I to haul by ourselves. These guys showed up on time and took it away. Great communication and very friendly as well. Thank you!

This company knows how to run a high touch business. Fast communications, more than reasonable pricing, and terrific workers.

We are in the process of a whole home reno, and this is the second time we hired Kanai's to haul away a room full of furniture, boxes, and other bulky items.
