My wife and I have been going to Kame for over 20 years and the food is amazing .The staff is wonderful, Please check it out.......you will be happy !!

This place is a family-owned restaurant, the staffs here are the sweetest. The food was absolutely amazing, very good qualify of fish! My fav are the nigiri deluxe set and monk fish liver. Their lunch menu is also amazing as well. Highly recommended!

Worst takeout ramen I've had in a long time. The pork was a pork cutlet and it was just the protein and soggy noodles in a flavorless broth. If you're craving ramen, I would recommend traveling a little further for better quality.

Kame is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants around the Beverly area. Their customer service is top-notch (except for not being able to pick up the phone during busy hours although that is expected), and the food is delicious. The entire vibe is amazing and so I will continue to eat there! Thank you.

This place is a concrete restaurant if you are really hungry and just need some Japanese food. The quality isn't incredible but you will be satisfied.

I ordered the chicken katsu (needed more katsu sauce) and my mom ordered the chicken teriyaki which were both satisfying but not incredible. I was insanely hungry anyway so it was yummy.

The most disappointing part about the experience was the miso soup. Miso soup should be the staple of every Japanese restaurant and this soup was straight up bad and I was super disappointed.

Takeout experience took forever, food was alright and I'd go here again but incredibly underwhelming.

This is a wonderful restaurant! The food is really fresh, delicious and healthy. I like the atmosphere - everyone is friendly - and the takeout service is great too!

KAME!! For whatever reason, when we moved to Beverly we tried Blu Karma sushi before anything else and were impressed and just stuck with it. Then last month we wanted a splurge sushi dinner to celebrate something and BK's systems were down so we ordered from Kame instead and WOW. We were blown away. Red snapper special was so sweet and fresh- everything, really, so fresh and delicate. Staples like seaweed salad and miso were also rock solid. Tempura is never at its best when it sits, but everything was cooked perfectly and the sauce was fab.

We've since ordered another couple times and that experience has held up. Fresh, delicious. What reasonably priced, AND they pack thoughtfully (and beautifully) for takeout. Super friendly service, too.

Good food and great management. The quality of the food has been very consistent over the years, making it the go-to Japanese food in the area for my family. The fish is fresh and well portioned. Sometimes the broths can be a little subtle but the ingredients are all good quality so it comes together nicely. I recommend the chirashizushi, and when it's cold the nabeyaki udon with tempura is the best :)

I've been here many times, always very fresh sashimi and delicious sushi and maki! Not to mention the great variety of delicious appetizers - fried soft shell crabs is my favorite. The chef does a great job tuning and balancing the taste of the makis, and there are just so many options! Quality food and nice dine in environment, service is always great! My favorite restaurant in Beverly!
