Kalani Stone Realtor

This realtor is sadly very unresponsive, ignored my messages and seems to do so often. I saw on her Instagram page too that she is using images without permission on her page and seems to not respond on their either. Very disappointing.

Kalani sold our home, she was incredible and completely professional.
She helped us every step of the way, we took all her recommendations. She set a "coming soon" and agent tour and open house and set the offer date a week out. We sold our home in a week for over asking price!
Kalani then was instrumental in showing us listing after listing and we are signing escrow papers on our new home tomorrow!! Thank you Kalani!!! We will use you for ALL our future home purchases

Kalani was the most present and patient agent imaginable. As first time buyers she really took her time with us, making sure we understood the process, diligently answering our questions, addressing our fears and nervousness, and coaching us as we made this big life decision. I cannot imagine what this experience would have been like without Kalani and her ever present, supportive and loving demeanor. Kalani sets the bar for how an agent should show up for a client and she sets that bar HIGH! And, she set that bar during a global pandemic! Truly a phenom!

Kalani worked so hard to find a home for my Daughter and I. I didn't have all the "right stuff" after my divorce to financially make it happen. Kalani calmed me down, (that is not easy), searched high and low, she left no "Stone" unturned and even when I had given up hope anything would ever work, she pulled it off...
Not only did she find us the most beautiful home, in the city we wanted, but she went over the top to negotiate the best price and timeline. I have never been called a patient person, and I am sure I drove her up a wall with phone calls night and day. Kalani always took my calls, kept me updated and has a way to "get the job done" with a smile and a hug. If I ever move Kalani will b the first person I call because I know she can do it all and keep me worry free.

I worked with Kalani when I was working on purchasing a home. She specifically was very knowledgeable about comps in my area, and was able to find similar homes and come up with an accurate and fair estimation. Her communication was good and quick- very easy to work with. While that transaction did not go through (through no fault of Kalani, but rather the seller changing their mind), I would certainly look to Kalani for my next real estate transaction. She has a great attitude, a broad network, and was not upset when the work she performed did not result in a sale for her. Great professional agent!

If I ever buy another home in this region, Kalani will be the first and only person that I call! I have learned during this home buying experience that the people you have on your team makes all the difference in the world. You want her on your team! Kalani knows the area, the market, everyone you may possibly need (roofers, brokers, inspectors, everyone!) and she will give you the benefit of her experience with honest feedback and information when you look at places. But more than all of that, Kalani is just a breath of fresh air! The calm voice to talk you off of the ledge when you start to panic about decisions (b/c I'm THAT kind of buyer) and the mama who stashes extra snacks in her purse for your kid in anticipation of a late dinner because you're viewing houses after work. She thinks of it all and when she says she's going to do something, she does it right away...not in 4 hours or tomorrow! I respect and appreciate that immensely in a professional. But its all of the personal interaction and her willingness to go so far above and beyond for her clients that makes the real difference.

I don't have enough positive things to say about Kalani. I had just given birth to my second child and wasn't confident that I was in a position to buy and sell, but my husband and I stumbled upon a property that we loved and it was perfect for our growing family. I reached out to Kalani with lots of questions. I was hesitant and nervous, but as soon as we began talking I felt comfortable. She was kind and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel pressured in the least. That being said, she definitely knows how to get things done. We had to sell our house in a huge rush between Thanksgiving and Christmas to ensure we fulfilled our contract on the purchase end. She moved things along at top speed all the while making sure everything was done top notch. It was a chaotic time of year and their was ample opportunity for the ball to get dropped. Kalani never let that happen. She was on top of everyone and everything. She was very caring but firm if needed. We met and got to know each other in just a few short weeks and she was both a skilled professional and wonderful friend during a very hectic time. I would highly recommend her again and again.

Definitely worth the 5 stars. Very personable and knowledgable about homes and really reviewed all the disclosures. Things have quite changed since I last bought a home in the 90's. There is so much more documentation and reviews with disclosures but Kalani was right there to help. So very personable with great follow-up and listens to what you are looking for. She really wants to make sure you get everything answered and makes every effort to go above and beyond. Really in the past when I sold my old condo the realtor took off on vacation a week before the sale completed and just called to say ok you signed congrats (was more like got my commission, that's all folks). This was a 360 for me and such a great surprise that a realtor would be so there with you for all the ins and outs. Agree with her being such a professional. Would highly recommend her as a realtor. Got my dream home.

Kalani is the best, most dedicated real estate agent you will find! She helped my husband and I buy a new home and sell our old home this past summer. Any time I had any question she was there to answer and sooth any worry I had. Selling a home in able to purchase a home is a very stressful and time consuming time, and Kalani handled it all so very professionally and with care for us and our needs the whole time. You can tell that anyone that works with her, has had the same experience as my husband and I. You will not be making a mistake in choosing Kalani Stone to be your agent!

Kalani has helped me buy and sell two houses. I could not have imagined it being any easier for me. Her wisdom is unmatched. All we had to do was show up and listen and she guided us through the most challenging times of the market. I highly recommend her to any body for any thing at any time. She's simply the best!!
