I'm searching for a healthy option for our brunch before dance practice, and I came across this gluten-free food! I'm thrilled and excited! They offer two options: paper or stone bowl, one or two proteins, multiple bases, and a variety of tasty toppings. I adore the food, the friendly staff, and the clean facility. I can truly taste the care put into it, and I'll definitely be back with friends and invite fellow food enthusiasts. Plus free beverage too! Love it!

I'd heard good things about this spot and finally drove up. It's a really neat little cafe in a sleepy part of downtown off towards the western edge. It's also a short walk to Skagit Valley Co op so already we get a location bonus. Inside is really minimalist & simple yet pleasantly bright.

I grabbed a hot stone BYOB (build your own bowl) for a vegan option. They use Wholesome Provisions' plant-based fake meats and they're really good. Great texture, flavor vessel and simple wholesome ingredients. Super decent list of topping options and sauces. Nice little seating area. I wish the sauce condiments fit inside their bins a bit better and had flavor labels. Their soft-serve ice cream (that happens to be vegan) sounds delightful. I'm not a fan of coconut milk anymore but instead of 100% that, they use a mix with soy milk so I may grab a treat next time for that soy edge. She did offer me a free small sample later when I finished eating so that was really cool.

For staff, I think it was just the owner lady up front that day. She seemed a bit too soft-spoken for me but turned out quite friendly and even showed me the vegan product they used (plus that sample).

Overall really neat spot. Much too far of a drive for me but worth a nice trip on occasion to mix things up.

My absolute favorite spot for bibimbap! Similar to Chipotle, you order whatever you want to add to your bowl. I got the hot stone with 2 proteins and it was SO good. Their potato salad is simple but super tasty, and their shakes are delicious + great if you're lactose intolerant! The owners are the sweetest people ever so definitely check them out if you're in the area!!

Healthy, delicious, with outstanding pride within the food and customer service. I would eat here every day if I could ! The owners are so kind! And they make effort into remembering what you prefer. They serve meals on hot stones, never tried, but it looks so awesome! Very family friendly ambiance. This place is amazing, you won't regret it. And I can almost guarantee you'll go back more than twice!

Wow on finding this gem today!

Came hungry, left with half my meal in a box!

Generous servings, decent pricing and fabulous staff!!

I ordered the two meat stone pot, bulgogi beef and keto chicken, both are excellent!

I grabbed a coconut water and some hot tea.

Restaurant is clean and well stocked.

I can't say enough about how welcoming the staff (owners?) are. They hold the door when they can, I witnessed that twice during the 40 minutes ish I was here.

Amazing folks and fab food, I'll be back!

Five stars. Good quantity, great quality, super nice employee, compostable bowl, and so vegan and gluten friendly. $12 for a bowl, what a steal. We took it to go but the inside was very cute. I got the fake chicken- good flavor and texture. I think next time I'd go with jackfruit and then just get tofu and edamame as toppings cuz the jackfruit looked really good. You get 6 toppings free, and there are a lot of good choices. This is a great place to have on speed dial. Quick, yummy, healthy, cheap. Come here!! PS kimchi here is vegan!!

Service was great. Lady knew exactly what had sugar in it since I have to eat sugar free. I really wanted to try the vegan beef. But she said there was sugar. The hot bowl comes in a box that keeps the food piping hot. The cauliflower rice was delicious! All the sides tasted good. Husband loved the vegan mango shake that I picked from some Yelp reviews. It got busy around 4pm. Still, clean dining area. Not enough room in my opinion for amount of business.

Update: Day 2; 2nd try. Paper bowl this time. BIG difference. Can taste all the fresh ingredients and only the brown rice is hot. Perfect. Flavors are excellent. Coming back every time we are in Everett.
Cute little place. Nice to see vegan options. Not sure about the experience? We ordered stone bowls and while paying the bowls disappeared. We asked and was told the stone bowls are being heated up and will be brought to the table. Surprising just a little. Then 5 minutes later the hot bowls in wooden frames were brought to the table. Damn, the food was now too hot to eat. Didn't understand this from others who suggested getting the hot stone bowl. Next time paper bowl will be best. Great tasting fresh food but nearly done the bowl was still piping hot. Yikes. We will definitely come back but paper bowls it is.
