Hands down Howie and Just Tix ROCKS !!!!

After spending several frustrated hours trying to find a reasonable deal on some tickets I did some more searching and decided to give these guys a try. If you try and buy tickets on line even from big name sellers there is always the price and then when you hit purchase you get that price plus a never disclosed huge fee on top of the already high price!!!

However, get this, when you call their phone number a real person answers and he is as straight forward as anyone can ask for. What a tremendous breath of fresh air!

I have been a loyal customer of Just Tix for well over 15 yrs, and Howie and his staff have never failed to deliver!! Over the years I have requested great seats and every event of attendance I honestly felt that we were seated in VIP type areas.

Experiencing my daughters first concert (Ariana Grande), 12 yrs old birthday surprise with family, was priceless!! Seats on the 10 yard line for Super Bowl XXXVII, behind Raider sideline, awesome!! We have been fortunate to attend many other events as well, and I never hesitate to recommend friends and family on any opportunity.

Howie and the Just Tix staff, you deserve all the praise in these reviews, well earned friend! Keep up the good work.

I have had the pleasure of working with Just tix for the last five years! As a concierge we rely on brokers for all our theatre and sporting events. Just Tix is always professional and courteous to work with. The tickets are always delivered on time...they always go the extra mile AND they have the BEST seats for everything!!

This place doesn't get enough reviews. Anyway my experience was great. I bought tickets in section 120 for Friday's football game, Oakland Raiders vs Bears.

I secured the seats with credit card. There is a box check marked, indicating upgrade if seats unavailable(leave it checked).

I received confirmation, with a note advising me that the seats were changed, with an explanation as to why. The tickets remained the same price and moved me 4 rows down to section 116. The customer service was awesome, I'm not sure if Tim was the guy that greeted me when I picked up the tickets but he knew exactly what tickets I was there to pick up without me telling him. The price couldn't be beat I don't know if were allowed to say prices but see for yourself its worth it. Sporting events, concerts, etc. Justtix is the place you want to check into. Thanks guys.

Where do I start, this place is just awesome. The main reason I say that is 1st. When I see the per ticket price that is what I pay. I don't pay another $20-$60 per ticket on top of that for a convenience fee. I always think to myself who's convenience mine or theirs, certainly not mine. Secondly I normally get my tickets from Eric. I normally go to 2-5,6,7 Giants games a year. Eric never forgets who I am, not that I'm anybody just who I am as a person. I have never been disappointed in any of my purchases. My family likes to sit in Field Club at ATT and the tickets aren't cheap. And this is always important if they can give me a little break they do. I don't buy all the tickets to every game my family goes to. But if it's my turn I buy from Just Tix. Thank you Just Tix!!!

Great options for any event. Musicals, plays, concerts, sporting events. Great service. Quick and reliable. I never go anywhere else for tickets. I love the fact that they always have so many different pricing tiers for so many events.

Let's just say; that this was my first time ordering tickets for any venue; and Just Tix; was top notch! Howard made my experience enjoyable; pleasant; and even when a problem arose with billing; he spoke with my bank to fix the issue; so I wouldn't be overcharged. This is how customer service should be. I will definitely use their service again for my future ticket purchases!
