Worst service ever. My wife and I went in to shop and the employees did not say hello. No can I help you. No anything. They just looked at us with a vapid stare and went on picking at their nails. The place was empty and they just stood there and ignored us. Maybe it's because we were not dressed up? It was a Sunday - of course I'm not going to dress up to go shopping.

If you are the manager of this store and you are reading this I highly recommend that you train your employees to understand that no matter what someone is wearing when they walk in the door you need to give them your undivided attention.

Every other store we went in today was more than happy to help us and we were happy to spend money at their establishments. I was more than happy to walk out of here without giving them a penny

Horrible customer service by the store manager. Small shop, not a lot of people who work there and ridiculously priced clothing

I stopped into this store for the first time looking for a few specific pieces, an outfit and look in mind. Michaela was a fantastic help and a kind person. In addition to helping with sizing, she was a great person to speak with when I was looking for styling and fit advice. Thanks again Michaela!
