The subs/food is great for anyone.The signs are entertaining they'll keep you busy reading them.The staff is great.They are really nice people.they have great air conditioning.And a bunch of choices on the menu.Lots of parking.Easy to get to bike or car.It's right by the Monon.

S....L....O....W...... Don't go or even place a mobile order if you don't have an hour! Everytime we go or place an order,takes forever and never have enough staff.

Jimmy John's is my to-go place for a quick sandwich for lunch if I am having a busy day at work. The staff are always very professional and on top of things with each order. From the time you place an order to when you pick up your sandwich, it is a streamline process that expedites the time of each order so that you get your sandwich in less than 10 minutes, sometimes 5 minutes. It's very rare that I have had an issue with my order at Jimmy John's, and when I do, they fix it right away. I love the delivery service to your home for sandwich orders because it is quick and saves me a lot of time on busy work days. The sandwiches are phenomenal and of high quality at all times and always fresh!! The customer service is always top notch and I can tell the staff always take pride in their work. Jimmy John's is an excellent place and I commend them for continuing to produce a great product and delivering wonderful customer service each and every time I go in to get a sandwich. All the sandwiches are excellent, especially the chicken Caesar wrap and the beach club sandwich. Thank God for such a great sandwich! Praise the sandwich gods for giving us Jimmy John's to enjoy on a daily basis!

I ordered the veggie on French bread, so fresh! Veggies were crisp and fresh. Very Courteous employees on the phone and at delivery. And chips and a drink and you got an awesome meal!

This is one of the worst JIMI JOHNS. I placed a online order it took over 2 hours to get @12:43 and did not receive until 2:50 pm. Crazy part I live 5 mins away. Customer Service is a fucking joke. This place is independently owned. So basically they don't give a fuck when you get your food. Asides from that my sandwich was soggy. I spent over 30.00 plus tip. I was completely shocked. I will never do business at this store again.

I've never had an issue with any of their sandwiches, and service is usually good when you go in the store. However, their delivery is atrocious. To help paint the picture, our house is 1/2 mile walking distance from the store. On multiple occasions, we've waited 2 hours for our delivery. We no longer order for delivery - just go in store and take home.

This is my favorite Jimmy Johns, the employees are incredibly nice and helpful and even when they are shortstaffed and slammed it's still freaky fast! They go out of their way to be friendly and every time I go in there I have a great experience. I've even gotten delivery a few times from this location and the drivers are very fast and very kind. I highly recommend this Jimmy Johns, and the food is always fantastic!

I never had delivery from jj until today. The are
FAR FROM average delivery speed"whats freaky fast". SUB was missing my jimmy mustard and pickle was not fresh/expired, lemon aid was ok
My Order arrived 1hr after placed and my work is five min from their location.

Placed an order through the app to pickup and waited inside for 15+ minutes just to find my receipt sitting next to the cashier and then had to wait another 20 minutes for my sandwich to be made behind a giant queue of other receipts put in front of mine

I go to this one all the time and everyone is pretty nice!
I tried a wrap tho, and wish I stuck w/ my sandwich. Caesar wrap on the salty side.

Get this almost everyday for lunch! Delivery is usually 15-30 minutes after ordering!
