Kevin (the owner) did an amazing job with resizing my ring and also providing the best customer service. I needed to get my wedding band resized and reached out to him to get an estimate and availability. Not only did he respond promptly, he was very accommodating of my urgent need and came in just for me on a holiday and got the job done promptly and well!!

The price was very reasonable and the band fits so well now and looks shiny and polished (almost like a new ring). I will always go back to Kevin for my future needs and I appreciate his spirit of keeping customers happy by providing above and beyond assistance. THANK YOU!!!

Having spent months indoor during the pandemic, I gained a bunch of weight that turned my fingers into sausages. My engagement ring no longer fit and I could barely squeeze into my wedding band on a good day. It was time to see the doctor - the Jewelry Doctor. Even though this place wasn't close to home, I made an appointment based on the accolades online and saw Kevin (the owner?) about resizing a ring and setting some stones. He asked about my time frame and although it wasn't urgent, I told him I wasn't sure I could return later that week due to my job schedule. Well, a couple of hours he texted me to let me know my rings were ready! 5* for being accommodating!

When I picked them up, my rings looked like they just left the jewelry showcase. Honestly, it made me feel bad about neglecting them the past few years. Kevin was nice enough to polish them and retipped the prongs for me and did all the little things that justified my decision to choose Jewelry Doctor. I'll definitely be going back if I need other repairs.

FYI : Jewelry Doctor also custom designs jewelry and can source diamonds (I didn't know this when I walked in!) I suggest avoiding large chains that sells jewelry at significant markups. When you're spending a ton, you need a Jeweler with a discerning eye, not commissioned salespeople. Support small businesses and shop local!

The Jewelry doctor is located in the shopping center next to Chevron with the cigar bar and pizza shop. The door stays locked so you have to ring the doorbell to go in. The owner opened it and repaired my watch. Fast, great service. I wouldn't say he was the most pleasant but he didn't charge me anything for the pin and was efficient so I would go back. Not everyone has that Susie smile personality, right? LoL

I ran in today at the very last minute, 5:55 PM, to have a battery put in a watch. Owner was pleasant and said no problem , he'd do it. Watch was difficult to get apart, he put a new battery in & said the battery isn't the problem. I asked what I owed, (it's after 6 PM Closing time) & he said I dont owe him anything. This Jewelry Doctor is a very good man, excellent business man, & I really feel comfortable coming to him. He is absolutely OUTSTANDING!

Based on the reviews from Yelp I took my wedding ring to the Jewelry Doctor last week. Two stones had come out and the two bands needed re-plating. I don't know who helped me but he was SUPER knowledgeable!! He was very patient and took the time to answer my questions which were probably silly but he did not make me feel stupid. He did an EXCELLENT job repairing my ring and they cleaned it so well it was shining and sparkling all over the place!!! The transaction was smooth and the fee reasonable. ANY additional jewelry issues I have going forward I will go to the Jewelry Doctor.

I have used Jewelry Doctor for services ranging from simple battery replacement to the overhaul of a fairly rare mechanical watch that did not run right. They have never let me down in any way, and I recommend this business without reservation. It is not easy finding technical expertise of this quality, and five stars hardly suffice to describe my satisfaction with this business!

My sister, who was visiting me from the Bahamas, recently got engaged. But, her ring was so big for her that she wasn't even wearing it for fear or it falling off and being lost forever. But, even though she wasn't wearing it, she didn't want it out of her sight so she was carrying it around in her purse! This didn't make any sense to me so I decided to search Yelp to see if I could find a reasonably priced jeweler because I know my sister and her fiancé have a tight wedding budget.

When the jewelry Doctor popped up in my search, I was impressed by the amazing Yelp reviews and asked my sister to give him a call. She told him the type of ring she had and asked what he could suggest in terms of resizing. After a brief conversation/consultation, he told her to come in right away and he would be able to help her.

For some reason, my navigation system, (aka Siri), directed me to the wrong place and I drove right past the Jewelry DR. But I circled around and was able to find it located within a strip mall/shopping plaza next door to a gas station. Inside the store was small but neat. There was comfy seating, a Keurig coffee machine and free candy for customers while they wait. The owner was very nice and told my sister that he could size her ring and have it available for her by noon the next day. He was also very knowledgeable about her stone and metal type and told her exactly what they both were.

When we went back the next day, the ring was ready. He had polished it up nicely and, most importantly, it FIT like a charm! My sister LOVES it and hasn't taken it off since. There was even a nice YELP coupon that took 20% off the price! I'm SO glad we found the jewelry doctor and I'll be back again if I need anything else taken care of.

I'll chime in with all the other rave reviews. Fantastic service and super reasonable prices. You will be pleased you went there.

I had an delicate three strand necklace that broke when removing my seatbelt. I was afraid to take it to just anyone and found the great reviews on Jewelry Doctor. I just picked up my necklace (I am literally still in the parking lot) and the repair is fantastic. I cannot tell where the break was on the one broken strand. Great work! I will be bringing other piece here in the future.

Hi - Do you want to go to a place where you meet the man who actually does the work himself? Do you want a clear description of the repairs, learn how will do them, and get a fair and accurate price? Do you want to go into a store that has a healthy and safe environment in today's Covid world? If so, make your way to The Jewelry Doctor asap. I had a $$ platinum/sapphire ring that needed the band welded and met with Mr Park on 10/12/20. I just picked it up (10/16) and it looks great and will definitely be back for future repairs if needed. Thank you Kevin!
