Jessica is amazing!!! We closed our escrow in 16 days! She is super responsive. She always accommodated us every time we wanted to see a house. She knows the market. Straight forward and honest. It was really nice to work with her and we couldn't ask for more. I would refer her with confidence to my friends and family.

Most unprofessional real estate agent. Didn't return calls or texts in a timely manner. She represented the seller in our transaction. We rented for 2 months until close of escrow and upon move in our real estate agent requested for the place to be cleaned well because it was filthy. She told my real estate agent it would be but upon moving in there were mice droppings in drawers, cobwebs a filth everywhere. When she came by for our deposit we pointed this out and she said she would have the place cleaned asap. However, she couldn't locate anyone on such short notice. I told her I would do it and we agreed upon a price. This was a Friday, she said she would bring a check by Monday. She never brought the check and after numerous requests and sending a small claims letter of intent to sue to her clients, 3 months later, we finally received our check. I've done numerous real estate transactions with many realtors and this was the worst experience.
