Jersey Mike's Subs

I stopped in for carry-out tonight and had a good experience. I ordered an Italian and it was delicious. Big sandwich with plenty of meat.
The 3 people behind the counter were all friendly. One server actually thanked me for my tip which I have never seen by other fast food restaurants. Jersey Mike's has a new fan.

4 subs...one was smashed to the point it looked like someone sat on it. One had cheese when I ordered NO cheese and missing the grilled onions! One was so soupy with dressing it could've been eaten with a spoon, and the grilled chicken on the other was basically the texture of burnt bacon bits and missing the Mayo! As long as they keep hiring these lazy, incompetent college kids that don't care about they're performance or the customers, this place will continue to be sub-par/trash! They can never seem to get an order right or keep any ingredient fresh. These sandwiches aren't cheap! It's almost a full days pay just to feed a family of 4!!

My first time eating at a Jersey Mike's and the two employees were super friendly and helpful! Food was super good and I would definitely come again!

My favorite sub place of all time. All the employees are super kind and respectful, have never had a bad experience with the employees. The manager is always super welcoming. I recommend the 8 and 13 to all!!!!

Jersey Mike's gets sandwiches! They emulate the Grinder sandwiches found in North East.

They start with a fresh yet crunchy roll and then slice the type of meat you ordered. The meat is sliced fresh for every sandwich! It's delicious!! But a little expensive. Though worth the price. I always get the Italian and love the sheer volume of meat.

My thoughts are these are among the best I've had. They're 4-Star good.

Gave two stars because that food itself was delicious, missing three stars are because of the service. Only being my second time here I had got a cold sub reading it off the menu sounded good, checked out and waited then got asked what I wanted on it? I was unsure I just wanted what was on the menu... you could tell the boy making my sandwich seemed extremely annoyed with me? Me being a manager of a fast casual restaurant I would would never let my employees act this way.

Subs are not worth the calories.
Prices are average.
If you get a turkey sandwich, DO NOT expect flavor. They will give you bread, lettuce, and turkey. No flavor on top of the three foods with almost no natural flavor. They can't even throw some salt on it and then they have the nerve to charge you for it. It's like chewable air. On top of the chewable air, you will break your tooth on their hard ass bread. I want my money back.

Solid shop with the usual suspects of sandwiches. Quick online order and pickup with everything being perfect. Been here twice with great results.

Whitewater's best choice for a real sub... If you order a cold cut, Jersey Mikes slices it fresh in front of you heck, the roast beef is freshly cooked on site. They even make Philly cheesesteaks grilled up fresh.
Try the Club Supreme, Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, or the Chicken Parm. The crew is also friendly. Sure the dining area could be cleaner but, keep in mind that it's a fast food joint-they usually have Sports Center on and good music playing. Not too shabby...
