Our first time visiting this location happened to be Black Friday 2016.
Amongst all of the chaos of the evening, there was an employee that noticed my sister juggling to nurse her baby (under a cover up / blanket). He was so humble, sweet, and spoke kind words. He showed her such an amazing act of kindness. He dropped what he was doing to bring out a sturdy chair (1/2 his size) so that my sister could be comfortable.

Salon is overpriced, unprofessional, they dont ask you if you like it they just take the apron off. You have to ask to see the back with the mirror. They didnt layer my hair like i asked, the sides are un even, Now im forced to shave my head. Never will go back, for the money I paid i should have no problems. They said they are open till 9 i tried to call and call at 730. They arent open until Tuesday. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ripoff, unprofessional, all they care about the money and getting you in and out the door. Do not go to JCPENNEY Salon.
