Alex is great! Been several times and have always received a great haircut. Look forward to coming back.

I don't leave reviews often, but Louey totally butchered my haircut. He was a totally nice guy so I feel bad writing this, but the closer I look the more divots and loose hairs I find. I asked him to give me a low fade and leave some as much as possible on the crown, and he gave me the highest fade I've had in a while. And then when I pointed it out politely he gave me some BS - like what, you don't think I've had a good haircut before? Very dissatisfied.

Louey is my guy and the only barber I let touch my hair. He's been patient with me every visit and fulfills my crazy requests each time. Really appreciate the detail to attention and professionalism this barber shop has

Avoid Tim at all costs. I had the worst haircut of my life from this barber. He just talked to anyone who would listen and didn't listen to any of my requests. I specifically asked for a certain length and style, but he completely ignored me and did his own thing. The end result was an uneven mess that I had to go to another barber to fix. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the money and frustration and go somewhere else.

Very frustrating. I have been going here for my last few haircuts because the guy was doing a decent job. Although every time I would have to completely retell what I like what works for me and what my goals are. Still this time he disregards what I ask and what he should know I've been aiming for for months and hacks everything off. Totally untended and does not work for my hair texture, face shape etc. I was shocked. I feel awful. Didn't tip for the first time and will never come again.

I told the barber what i wanted and he did complete the opposite of what i asked. We agreed upon an inch off the top he cut maybe .25 inches. I asked him to make it thinner and he kept telling me it was fine and it looked good..... No bro you do what the customer asks... so my hairs mad thick and long on the top even tho i asked him nicely not to. But whatever I will get another hair cut tmrw fine not that big a deal
Then heres the bad part. The barber didnt even have a damn straight razor or knew how to use one for my beard so i had to get up and go to the other barber in the shop. So i tell the other guy what i want and even show him a picture. Still awful, terrible line up one side is higher than my mustache the other is much lower.
By the time the new guy was done the other guy was already cutting someone elses hair! So unprofessional bro didnt even style it. Just sent me on my way.
After tip the haircut was $72. The most expensive hair cut i have ever had and happened to be the worst experience. For real they shouldnt have even charged me but whatever.
They did my eyebrows good tho. So if u need ur eyebrows trimmed up go here. But if u want a haircut theres 5 other places on the block tht'll do much better.

Came here after making an appointment. I've had other haircuts but this is the first one where the clipper, scissor and comb work was so smooth and quiet and what can i say - a magical hair grooming experience! Thank you so much Issac! You've restored my faith in tradesmen who take great pride in what they do and that, makes all the difference. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

The owner reached out and offered a refund, which I really do appreciate! Hope to be back here sometime in the future because I've had some really good haircuts from here before!

Quick, last minute walk-in. I was tended to promptly and got a great cut. Clean and nice place. Recommend

I love this place for a few main reason.

1. Great haircuts every time I go there.
2. Friendly, welcoming staff and a great environment.
3. Very affordable pricing compared to a lot of the other places in the area.

I'm so happy that Jack's opened in the neighborhood and I'll continue coming here for my haircuts, also excited to hear they recently opened a second location nearby, in case I need a short notice walk-in cut.
