Advance Auto Parts

This location is extremely lacking employees with basic functions of auto parts. failure to thoroughly inspect a returned part with a Bought and paid for lifetime warranty..
instead ..... relying on the results of an electrical bench test.
the failure of the starter was the shaft and gear holding dowel in the clam shell.
the clerk refused to even look any further standing his ground of not replacing the starter... I complained to the clerk, he called his boss who told the employee to call law enforcement, for complaining
I had to go out of my way to show the wear and tear to the market st Advance where employees Sam and Joe were very professional and did the right thing in the name of their employer..
clerk at this location needs discipline.

We were just visiting Airly Gardens, this isn't our hometown. I just needed some glass cleaner and mechanics towels. The staff greeted me and walked me right to the shelf I needed. A couple of the staff had masks on, which I greatly appreciate.

The phrase no question is a dumb question doesn't apply here. They will not only not help you, but will simply make fun of you. Incredibly lazy staff gets upset at you because they don't want to work. I'm never coming back after the second time in a row of advanced auto employees not wanting to help and making me seem like an idiot. The autozone across the street is way more knowledgeable and has never not been able to help me

Alex was amazing here. He was very helpful in finding the right wiper blades and then put them on our car in a heavy downpour. Kudos to him and give him a raise.

Great service I always get my parts online and on time when using Advance Auto Parts online

Every time I come here the staff is VERY helpful. I had a tail light out a few weeks ago and needed to have my car inspected. We all know mechanics like to over charge to pop in a tail light that cost $5 and takes all of 30 seconds. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and one of the employees got the part for me, I purchased it, and then he offered to fix it for me. Now that is great customer service!!! I tipped him even after he told me it wasnt necessary but he also didnt have to help me with my tail light, but he did anyway. This has actually happened twice up there with two different employees. Very knowledgeable and helpful all around. If only everyone was so kind!

Everyone here is super friendly & knowledge. David took the time to put my new headlamps in on a windy day when they were pretty busy. Love this place!

Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible customer service. I have seriously waited in line for 30 minutes, behind one person, only to have the ONLY guy behind the counter go outside or answer the phone when I finally get to the counter.
