Amazing food! My girlfriend and I came here for lunch on a Tuesday Afternoon. We ordered the beef Pad Thai and Isarn set. The vibes are very nice. Excited to come again and try more of the menu! Highly recommen.

I swear, Isarn's mushroom fritters is the bomb. Crunchy oyster mushrooms (battered and perfectly deep fried, served with sweet plum sauce) is a great substitute of any given basket of fries. This is all I need for the happy hour, along with an ice cold pint of beer.
For dinner thou, Som Tum and Chiang Mai Curry Noodles are the must-try here. I love the variety of Som Tum they carry here - these papaya salad are very flavorful yet refreshing, with plentiful fresh herbs and spices. Curry Noodle is served in the bowl with a nutty-er, thicker curry soup. Noodle is about linguine width, which goes very well with this kind of soup. Noodle is served with a large portion of chicken and some fried noodle on top - enjoy the different textures of noodles (soft in the soup and crunchy on top of the soup) to savor this wonderful dish.
Isaean is a solid Thai establishment in Kirkland, and I will make another visit soon, when I am ready for another 'shroom fritters.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 19, 2024
This was recommended by one of my Seattle native friends and it did not disappoint! We had 10 people, so we ordered lots of food. The Crying Tiger and their rendition of Khao Soi (called Chiang Mai Curry Noodles) were two of my favorites. We had also ordered Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, Northern Style Sweet Curry, Pork Belly Stew, Isarn Style Chicken Wings, Mushroom Fritters, Lettuce Wraps, and Papaya Salad. I can say that none of these were bad as they were all packed with unique flavors whether it highlighted spice, sweet, or savory tones.
The server was also incredibly friendly and provided us some of her favorites to try, and good thing we did! We ended up tipping a generous amount!
We got the chance to sit at a table near the back that was kind of blocked off by other wall, which made the ambiance really cool! Felt like we almost had our own room. There were pillows on the chairs making it much more comfortable on our backs.
Would recommend making a reservation if you plan to come here! You'll have an amazing time!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 15, 2024
This place is honestly one of my new favorite Thai places in all of Seattle! I know Seattle has pretty good Thai food in general, but this place is superb. Not only was a service really fast, but the aesthetics as well as the presentation of the food and of course the taste was really good.
GOOD SERVICE: For more context, I came on a Sunday lunch with around nine other people, so 10 people in total. We did not have a reservation, but we were able to sit down quickly and as we were ordering, they were very kind to inform us on our questions about peanut allergies because one of us was allergic to peanuts. So the server kindly went back and asked for us, as well as ensure that all the dishes did not have peanuts in them.
FAST DELIVERY: I was particularly impressed by how fast the food came out. After we ordered, within 10 minutes, all of our food started to come out really fast. I noted that the appetizers did not come out first, but we got an
main dish first and everything came smoothly.
FOOD: all the food is actually really great, one thing we noted is that it's better to do family style since you get to taste so many different dishes. With the amount of food we got which was around eight dishes, five entrées, two appetizers and one salad we were able to actually only pay around $20 per person, which is really affordable. I think most of us really liked the roti dish that came with the lamb curry the flavor was the right amount of intense. One unique thing to know about the appetizers is that with the wings, it comes out to be 10 wings per appetizer (that was something we were curious about)
SPICE LEVEL: for the spice level, they rank on three stars. We got all our dishes with one star of spice but it is not spicy at all. If you want a kick of spice, I would go for two or three stars. However, even with one star, the flavor was a good amount of intense and still very flavorful.
BATHROOM:
Very clean and aesthetic :-)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 4428136814099Mar 25, 20241 check-in
Wow... what an amazing dinner we had here tonight. I've been wanting to check out Isarn for quite awhile, so when we were hanging out in Seattle and the dude suggested Thai for dinner, I knew right where to go.
We started with extra cold beers on tap. I had a Singha and the man had a IPA. For food we ordered the stir fried veggies and That beef salad. The flavors were amazing. The salad was full of crisp veggies, a sublime dressing featuring the four classic Thai flavors (sweet, salty, spicy, and sour, and topped with tenderly seared beef. The veggie entree was cooked to perfection, and the side it came with was equally delicious.
We were so full from these two dishes, that we got the ginger chicken to go for lunch tomorrow. Can't wait to try it!
I must say... the service here was some of the best I've experienced in recent memory. Friendly, helpful, and fast. Loved the eclectic decor too!Helpful 9Thanks 1Love this 7Oh no 0 - Apr 9, 20242 check-ins
First time I had Isarn Thai I loved it, but after the 4th time it's gotten increasing less stars.
I've tried several dishes and I would the best thing might be their steak fried rice.
The chun mai curry noodle... was disappointing. Didn't like the flavor, and would not get it again. Didn't even want to take it home...
The vermcelli cod was decent and the beef fried rice was good.
The staff is very nice but I'm just sad about the food...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Koji S.Thousand Oaks, CA324Apr 28, 2024

I have tried multiple locations, and I love to say that they are consistent! Authentic music and setting, incredible servers that make it even more authentic, and the food is truly outstanding.
I love how they call it Thai soul food, because you definitely get the country and culture of Thailand in a dish and in a restaurant experience.
I highly recommend.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 24, 2024
Probably the best Thai food that I've tried yet! Such a cute spot can be casual or fine dining. The service is pretty good and the food is amazing! Definitely recommend the khao soi and the pad see ew is also very delicious, a good combo for a full meal

I've come here many times, and my favorite dish is always the lamb skewers with a peanut l sauce! I enjoy the green papaya salad as well. Their cocktails are fun, today I enjoyed the lychee martini. Previously, I've had the cocktail in a coconut - or just the (alcohol-free) young coconut.
The restaurant itself looks new, clean, and has a consistent theme. I don't think the service is anything special - the wait staff are kind, but they are not particularly attentive.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
