Iron Mike Gym

I am beyond picky when it comes to where I train. This gym staff first and foremost is extremely welcoming and a pleasure to walk into. Sets my training up on the right foot. Clean establishment.. I have not even seen a napkin on the floor and yes toilet paper always stocked and cleaned. Very important. But most important is the equipment and how it's all set up. Love the set up and single jointed equipment. So I will have great symmetry. Cardio is separated from free weights which I love also they have a little workout area for parents to do cardio and keep an eye on his or her babies. Thumbs up!! Check it out
